We drovec45 minutes out of our way and there soft serve machine wasn’t working. I ended up getting three tiny scoops of ice cream that cost me $5 more than the treat I wanted to order. I was shocked how small three scoops of ice cream was from this shop. We won’t be back.

Went inside to order since the parking lot was empty, no customers around BUT no employees to be seen either. Stood around for 5-10 minutes checking out the menu and still, nobody had come up. Went back outside and tried the drive thru, immediately had an answer and got what I needed.
Frustrating for someone who wants to eat inside/outside to HAVE to go through the drive thru, when it’s clearly not busy.
Food & ice cream were good, as always! Service… not so much :/

Really love coming here and love the soft serve! I will say though every time I’ve gotten sprinkles on my ice cream I’ve gotten nuts in the mix so I’d be careful if you have a nut allergy.

So the main reason I am giving this a one rating is because I was overcharged multiple times. I had given my card for payment and my card was consistently swiped four times. I now have multiple charges on my card that I am going to have to dispute with my bank. For this reason, that makes me very upset that people running the register do not know how to properly input credit payments. The restaurant was clean though, and our orders were prepared correctly.

It really feels like they are constantly out of items on the menu. Buffalo chicken nope. Mac and cheese bites nope. Nobody has a clue when they will get shipment :/ think they need a new supplier. They have other items but their ok really frozen corn dogs re heated, sloppy Joe’s are good. Ice cream seems to be be only thing that you are guaranteed really. Makes us question if we really should go or not. Ice cream you are pretty solid on if that is all you want. 3/9/22 here is how messy the Buffalo chicken is not even unwrapped without given a napkin.

Unfortunately this creamery is filthy and being run by 2 teen boys tonight that don’t follow health code standards. As we walked through the door, I noticed the dirty tables, front counter and floor. We decided to wash our hands after a long bike ride and they were disgusting. My husband refused to eat anything here. We purchased 3 cones since we promised our boys ice cream after our long ride. The 2 small cones were overly melted and the bottom of the barrel. The one “regular” sized rainbow cone was $6. It was overpriced and leaking chocolate out the hole in the bottom of the cone. I’m hoping management can address the cleanliness issue and train staff to discard melted ice cream. See photo below; how it was served-melted and falling off the cone.

I recently visited the creamery and tried the Cotton Candy Blaster. It was absolutely delicious! The cotton candy flavor was perfectly balanced and not too overpowering. Additionally, the service was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. They were quick to serve and made sure everything was to my liking. Overall, I highly recommend the Cotton Candy Blaster and commend the creamery for their excellent service!
