I come here just about everyday and the service is always phenomenal.Bo is my absolute fav my kiddos love coming in on the weekends to see him. Jake is always kind and quick. He made thee most perfect leaf today. The coffee is always perfectly crafted, the ice cream is good as well. Love coming here!

My wife and I went there for the first time! Service was okay. Food was just okay. I had chai latte which was really good. But it was $25 for a small breakfast (latte and mini croissant sandwich) for both of us. We both think that it’s pretty overkill!

Our Proof experience at Cream & Sugar

Unfortunately, this was disappointing.
Whenever my mother-in-law comes to visit, we love exploring new coffee places and we had high expectations.

The young man who helped us was kind and polite, and this is definitely not his fault? it’s the café’s policies. However, the coffee itself was a huge letdown. It tasted like plain sugar water, with absolutely no coffee flavor.

When we mentioned that we didn’t like the coffee, he acted as if he called the manager and then came back to tell us that a refund was not possible. In the end, we paid $20 for coffee that was not drinkable, which honestly felt like throwing money away.

Experiences like this are frustrating, especially when you’re not paying $5—you’re paying close to $20 expecting quality and a good coffee experience. Sadly, that was not the case.

I hope the café reconsiders both the quality of their drinks and how situations like this are handled with customers.

This place used to be my go to place for latte; however, the service and coffee have not been the best over the past couple of months. I ordered a hot latte but it came a bit warmer than room temperature. When I asked for what they could do, the lady offered she can either microwave quickly(hmmm….microwave for a $7 coffee?!) or she will have to make a new coffee(with less preferable tone for the later option). While one of the lady was microwaving my coffee, I heard two employees talking behind about my request in the kitchen, which made me feel unpleasant. Overall, I still like this place but the quality of coffee and service don’t feel the same as before.

Cute little coffee shop, very friendly service from the two gentlemen working! The banana pudding ice cream was really good. The cone was crunchy and fresh. And wow, they really filled that cone- it has a pretty wide base so it was way more ice cream that it initially appeared. We would come back for a visit if in the area 🙂

I decided to come on a whim since I just needed a place that closed late! The baristas were incredibly nice and helpful! I had forgotten my laptop charger at home and they tried to help me obtain on (I had to drive back to my house to get it).

The latte I got was okay, I don’t remember much about it. Not too sweet at all. I’m actually not sure what I got at this point, I’m pretty sure it was something off of their seasonal menu.

The cafe itself was small but had decent seating. Restrooms are stationed outside of the cafe which was fine!

If your looking for an off the beat and path coffee spot, Cream & Sugar is a must try. I was under the impression it was an Ice Cream Dessert spot, however its more so a coffee house that serves ice cream. With that being said, the Ice Cream was pretty amazing. I tried the Bourbon Vanilla Waffle Cone and it was pretty darn good. The vibe was college. There were many students studying. I felt as if I went back in time. Lol
The service and staff were decent, I felt they were ready to go home an call it a day. Over all, the experience was decent.

We stopped by to get some ice cream. As a lover of banana pudding, I had to get the banana pudding ice cream. It was so good! Definitely the best I’ve ever had. Good fresh banana flavor, lots of Nila crackers, and a creamy, not too sweet base. One scoop is big enough to share, definitely will be back very soon!

Service and ambiance was great but the food is subpar. I had a bagel and a matcha. The matcha taste store-bought, even though it was made right in front of me. The bagel I’m sure was store-bought, toasted but still cold in the middle. To add insult to injury, they charge extra for the cream but you have to put it on yourself.

Fun little place! I asked Google Assistant for a coffee shop near me, and this one was in walking distance.
Easy to see and find, sign is clearly labeled.
Small, yet nice and cozy. Too bad the sun comes right through the large glass windows in the afternoon though!
Coffee was quick and tasted good, and the muffin was big and warm.
They also have some fun ice cream flavors.

Would go back next time I’m in the area!
