Allen has rare spots when it comes to great pizza it’s mostly just the big chains like Domino’s, Papa John’s, and Pizza Hut . I finally found a spot that actually stands out: Crazy Tomato. Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in Allen.
I ordered an half bbq half buffalo chicken and it was incredible. The ingredients tasted fresh, the crust had the perfect texture, and everything was made just right. You can tell they actually care about what they’re putting out.
I kept seeing this place pop up all over Instagram and TikTok, and I’ll be honest the hype is real. It absolutely lived up to everything people were saying. It’s so refreshing to find a local pizza spot that delivers both quality and flavor instead of just convenience.
If you’re tired of the same chain pizza and want something that actually tastes fresh and made with pride, this is the place. Definitely worth it. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I initially saw an ad on FB. They had great reviews. I decided to try them out. I am glad I did.
Pick up only no seating inside. Great great service! I felt welcomed when walking in. Now to the food…
All of the ingredients are fresh and pies are of course made to order. From the crust to the sauce all made in house. There are some really unique flavor profiles which makes them stand outside of the rest. I look forward to trying other delicious items on the menu. This is what I had:
Chicken and pineapple: 10/10 signature classic pie. The grilled chicken flavor goes well with the sweet and citrus flavor of the pineapple all finished well with the pizza sauce.
Crazy Rodeo: 10/10 all ingredients all play well together and create a crazy rodeo party in the mouth. The meatiness of the ingredients really shine through. I could not taste the honey. I probably should have left the olives off to take in the flavors of the pizza. It was still outstanding and one I would definitely order again.
Garlic cheese sticks: 10/10 cheesy, gooey, and good.
Cinnabon bread: 10/10 they did not skimp on the cinnamon and brown sugar. The glaze is gooey and delicately sweet. Bread pillowy.

I discovered Crazy Tomato recently and I must say, it has replaced Marco’s as our regular take-out pizzeria. It is a take-out only pizzeria, so I recommend ordering ahead through the Toast app, or phone in. The mushrooms used at Crazy Tomato is especially delicious compared to all the local pizzeria for some reason, in my opinion. The pizza comes out fresh, hot, and just has a touch of deliciousness that’s unique on its own. Looking forward to trying all the other pizzeria in town, but man Crazy Tomato is, at the time of this writing, our go-to choice for take-out pizza.

THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA! I’ve lived in Allen my whole life, and Crazy Tomato was always our go-to spot…until my body rejected all gluten. It had been at least 5 years but I randomly checked their website and tried the new gluten free crust.
WOW! I’ve had the California personal pizza with chicken three times now and it’s consistently amazing, which is a rare experience for gluten-free options.
Prices are reasonable, pickups are always on time and warm, staff is friendly and it’s super easy to order on their website. 10 out of 5 five stars!!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!
This was by far one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life(from anywhere, not just in Texas). & they actually COOK their pizza so you’re not biting into melted cheese and raw dough . I live a good distance from this place but ended up in the area last night & I’m so glad that I was. The gentlemen who took my order was also very nice. Highly recommend!

My 3rd time here so I’m leaving a review for this one! The pizza is a sleeper you think oh no is just pizzas but is it!??! Nope it’s art and passion. My dude Austin created this beautiful pizza for my lunch today. Had one slice had to lock the shop and go tell him how amazing it was! Go check them out the calzones are fabulous!

Ordered a small pizza with ground beef, 1 cheese boat, and creamy Alfredo pasta with grilled chicken, which came with breadsticks. The pizza was ok. It didn’t have enough sauce. What little sauce I could taste, it wasn’t sweet. The pizza itself was flippy and a bit on the doughy side. I prefer a thinner and crisper pizza. The cheese boat was good. The cheese was very strong, and the bread was floppy. I would eat this again if I could dip it in Marinara. The bread sticks were too plain and bland. The pasta dish is made with spaghetti instead of fettuccine. It was ok. My wife liked it a lot. This goes to show that taste is very subjective. This is a “To Go” only. There are no tables. The staff seemed nice enough. Also, if you buy a drink, don’t forget to grab it.

Had the privilege to get pizza from here twice now and it’s been super delicious pipping hot and super flavorful. I can’t believe we’ve lived so close to this location yet just recently started going to it. Never going back to dominoes or Pizza Hut. My daughter who usually only has one slice has eaten almost three the last two times. Definitely our new go to spot.

Outrageously good pizza! The cheese and meat were all cooked exactly the way I like it, and the whole pizza had the perfect amount of char. The guys at the front were kind, friendly and helpful, and clearly passionate about their business. 10/10 will come back for more, even though I live well outside their delivery range.
