We tried Crazy Sushi at the Shops at Wiregrass for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was a pretty good size and the atmosphere was nice. It was a little chilly but so are most restaurants in Florida. Since it was our first time we wanted to try a couple of appetizers, the gyoza was panned fried and tasted good but they weren’t very hot. The edamame was also good. We also tried a California roll and the wife loved it especially since they didn’t pack too much rice. For our meals I had a fried beef udon noodles and my wife had a ramen. It took a long time to get the ramen because they mixed up tonkatsu for miso base. When she got it, she liked it and the char su pork wasn’t fatty. The udon noodles and beef were tasty and it had a lot of meat. The staff was friendly and attentive. The prices compared to similar restaurants we go to are definitely lower. If you like Japanese food we recommend this place and will definitely go back.

First & last visit. Decided to start with the calamari & it was hard & rubbery…the server wasn’t attentive at all I had to get some one else attention. Finally the server came told her could I talk to the manager & I stated the food was hard. She simply said she took it off & I walked out. I really should have read more reviews before wasting my time sadly.

I will definitely recommended this place 100000%. Hostess was excellent. Erika was my server she was amazing, knowledgeable, it’s so important to have your server with a smile, sharing your fav. For her I will give 10000000% recommendation.
Last but not least the sushi. Each piece was so tasty and delicious, pretty fast, sashimi was with excellent cut.
I always go to Orlando but definitely will change to come here.

I hate to leave this review because I wish I could keep Crazy Sushi to myself at the same time they’re so wonderful they deserve all the customers and success. My family and I love this place! The service is great! The food comes out in good time! And it’s all delicious! Just Superb!

This evening we had the pleasure of dinning at crazy sushi. This is at a beautiful shopping center with many stores around. When we entered the place it was super clean with a nice ambience. Our group of 6 got the AYCE pretty much all of the food was great, fresh, and quick. Gia was our server and she was phenomenal! If you have the chance to request her you absolutely should! She made our experience so much better.

This is simply THE best place for sashimi. Their sushi and Hibachi are also excellent, offering a wide array of colorful and tasty combinations. Their soups are also quite good. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to win your heart — and your stomach.

I specifically came on here because this was my first time dining in at this restaurant. I heard it was delicious and because I was doing my Black Friday shopping at the mall where it’s located I figured , why not !! Perfect! At first I noticed how friendly the staff was despite how busy it was. We were sat almost immediately and greeted just as quickly. Our first round of rolls came out and wow … so much flavor. I wanted to call my server Jessica over and thank her for her recommendations when I noticed the table in front of me was cursing at her. As much as I tried to ignore their ignorance, I couldn’t help it because I have never seen somebody treat the wait staff like this. I seen the manager come over Almost immediately to try and help the server out. But the woman seemed to be very aggressive and demanding. It was hard not to pay attention when the woman yelled at the manager that she was not paying for any of it. And then it was like a miracle the security officers walked in and escorted them out. I wanted to clap as they left because they were disrupting everyone’s lunch. Hats off to the manager and server I don’t know how they remained calm. People like that should just eat at home. Once they were gone and the situation was handled. The manager came over and apologized to everyone. She was visibly shaken.
Now to the food… the fish was fresh. The service was good. I had sashimi and everything looked beautiful and tasted fresh. I will definitely be coming back.

From outside, it looks like any other restaurant, but once you walk inside. The atmosphere changes. Feels like a high-class restaurant. Love the almost romantic setting. Walked in on a weekday afternoon. Was sat immediately. The prices felt like a steal. It was lunch hour. $25 per person for the all you can eat option. We didn’t try the salad bar because there were so many menu options included. From appetizers to ramen, sushi, and hibachi. Gave me a chance to try sushi, I wouldve never otherwise tried. I almost wish I could keep this to myself, but it was too good of a deal to gatekeep this place. I drove almost 2 hours to come here with my husband. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Spicy tuna was not spicy. Got a weird vibe from staff and they don’t have regular soy sauce.
Overall I understand why people like it (i.e. all you can eat American style) but for quality go somewhere else.
