Their happy hour is also a huge plus — it runs from 3 PM to 6 PM, which is a generous window compared to most places. On top of that, they offer a BOGO 50% deal on rolls, which makes it an incredible value. It honestly feels like you’re getting high-quality sushi without the usual high price tag.
Most importantly, the food is always fresh and delicious. Every dish we’ve tried has been well-prepared and beautifully presented. We come here often with our baby, and the team is always so thoughtful and accommodating, which truly means a lot to us. Dining out with a child isn’t always easy, but they make the experience smooth and comfortable every time.
This is definitely a place we keep coming back to, and we’re grateful to have found it. Highly recommend!
For me, Friday afternoons are sacred. After a week of hard work, this is my small, delicious reward. The BOGO rolls make it even easier to enjoy sushi without hesitation—a playful nod to treating yourself without overthinking.
The Chirashi is a highlight: a vibrant assortment of fresh fish over seasoned rice that awakens your palate and makes each bite exciting. The salmon nigiri is perfectly balanced, clean, and buttery, while the Dynamite Roll surprises with its crisp texture and the subtly sweet crab inside, creating a playful contrast of flavors and mouthfeel. The Teriyaki Beef is generously seasoned and savory, a reminder that sushi spots can offer more than just rolls—they can deliver a comforting, well-rounded meal.
Crazy Rock’n Sushi isn’t about grandeur; it’s about ease, quality, and the little joys of sushi done right. It’s a place to recharge, treat yourself, and savor the weekend a little early—one roll at a time.

Food
I joined a friend for lunch and we ordered garlic edamame, we both ordered the 2 item bento lunch. California roll and tempura for her. Spicy tuna roll and mixed sushi for me. My friend said her tempura was hot and fresh and roll good. My spicy tuna roll was excellent, had a little kick and was a good size. The sushi was good but a little small for the up charge. I paid $4 extra for the sushi (not worth it) and $1 for the roll. Now, my issue is this, if you are touting a lunch special, then make it a good value. The two item bento was already priced ($ 18) to have easily covered the options without being up charged, in my opinion. My friend had hot green tea and I had iced green tea. Both were very good with free refills. The menu itself was huge, with lots of selections and options.
Service
The waitress was attentive, helpful, but not constantly hovering. The food took a while (20 minutes) to make but the service was good.
Ambiance
As this place is tucked away off Harbor and there are only a few places left in that complex, it is easy to get the impression this place may be a little divvy. It was very nice and clean inside. Low lighting, well appointed tables, booths, and sushi bar. It gave good vibes.
Value for price
The total bill for this was $68 for two people inclusive of tip. Not terrible, but also not lunch special pricing. The rolls seemed a little high in price too. Maybe that is the by product of the location or a sign of the times. I would return and give them another shot.
Chicken katsu was dry and tendony
Unagi sushi wasnt seared like usual. Tasted fishy, not good
California roll didnt come with cucumber like usual, not good
Everything tasted meh today, service was meh, not worth it, won’t come back

This isn’t your typical sushi bar — it’s more like a sushi playground where you get to be the chef (kind of).
I highly recommend the Haruku Zen. It’s a build-your-own sushi experience with 12 super fresh ingredients, and the presentation? Beautiful. You pick your base, mix in your vibe, and top it with sauces that bring it all together. Mine came out looking like art and tasted even better — way beyond what I expected.
It’s perfect if you’re indecisive or just want to get creative. Sweet, spicy, crunchy, fresh — however you like your sushi, you can make it happen here.
They’ve also got a great deal: buy one roll, get the second half off, which makes it easy to try a few without blowing your budget.
The vibe is casual, friendly, and upbeat. Great spot for lunch with friends or a chill dinner where you want good food and zero stress.
If you like sushi, but want something a little more fun and interactive — this place is definitely worth checking out.
The presentation of the food was truly impressive, making the sushi platter look like a work of art. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The best part? The amazing value! With their BOGO deal, it was a steal for such high-quality sushi. If you’re looking for a great Japanese food experience, this is the place to be.
