First of all, we had to clean off the table as there was crumbs all over it and weren’t asked if we wanted it cleaned. The chicken was dry and cold as were the tortillas. The coffee was cold, had to ask for them to reheat it. The server only came to our tablet to take our order, reheat the coffee and that’s it. She didn’t come back after that… not till the very end when she came to pick up the dishes. The music was BLARING in the dining area and in their Kitchen, we could barely hear our own conversation. This place needs to teach their servers how to act and what to do when they have customers in their place of business.

The intention of this review is not to discourage people who try to succeed in business but to let them know that this is not just about how much money you can charge for what you offer but about the service and quality of your food. Chicken wings were raw, enchiladas were dry and not even warm place had a funny smell, prices in general are high for everything and service looks like they don’t have a clue of what they’re doing other than being behind the register. I recommend them to take some training in food service and regulations seriously because you can charge all you want once but customers will not come back or leave with an upset stomach like us.

Weird. Not sure what the bad reviews were all about. We came on Black Friday and everything was amazing. Good chicken good cactus salad. My mom had a good torta and father the enchiladas. Well worth it in my book .

The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Delicious! The chipotle sauce on the enchiladas was the best thing I have ever tasted! The torta was delicious and the rotisserie chicken was flavorful and moist. The flan was perfect! Great meal!

The food didn’t have much flavor, it was bland and the worst part is that I had to send my food back after i told the server to specifically not add an ingredient. When I got my food again, it looked worst. The bread was stale, not much flavor, and bad service. The place wasn’t even that busy either. The atmosphere was calm but they need to work on their food and their service.
