I stopped at 8:41 pm to grab a water and the snide young clerk pulled the door cover down just enough so I couldn’t open the door and said “WE ARE CLOSED” I asked nicely “oh? What time do you close?” Since I have been there numerous times and she looked at her phone and said rudely “8:40” I will be calling tomorrow. If she worked for me she would no longer be employed. It was rude, unnecessary and I never wrote a poor review but small businesses are the heart of this country and she is NOT doing the owner any favors with her snotty entitled attitude

BEWARE! The counter person has a Lottery scam going. He keeps an old receipt next to the Lottery machine attempting to short change customers cashing in lottery tickets. Today 7/17/2021 around 10:00 he told me that $103 worth of tickets were worth $30. When I called BS he apologized and said he had gotten the receipts mixed up. There was NO ONE else in the store, how could he have gotten ANYTHING mixed up?!? I wonder how many people this dishonest person has ripped off?

This is one of my go to corner stores. “Papa” is also always got a smile on his face and there’s never a time I’ve gone on there where he wasnt polite . I haven’t tried the food tho so I can’t rate that.
