Very nice and cozy place. Tasty food, big portions, attentive and smiling personal. We are more than happy to add this small restaurant to our short-list of the most preferable places to eat in Canyon Country. Last Sunday we’ve been there and had a wonderful time with our family lunch. Me, my lovely wife and our two boys everyone was fully satisfied with our meals and even more, we grab our leftovers home because portions here are really very generous and it is hard for me even to imagine the level of hunger you need to feel to finish them all! And it is truly amazing.
The most lovely moment was when we received a big cup of hot cocoa with whipped cream to satisfy our little one who wanted a milk shake but he was happy to have that replacement. That was really worm and nice service.
Thank you guys!
See you soon.

I am working through a list of all diners in LA County so drove up to Crazy Otto’s from West LA this past weekend and overall had a good experience. It’s located far north in Santa Clarita and is 1 of 3 diners in the area that I have on my list. I know that they are known for giant portion sizes and can confirm this is definitely true. Service was very friendly and everything that we ordered came out pretty fast. It’s also quite large on the inside so they have a lot of seating options but no outdoor seating. It’s inside a small shopping center so there is a giant free parking lot right out front so parking was very easy.
As mentioned the portion sizes here are gigantic! It’s a little bit more expensive because of that so just know that you’re going to pay a little more but also get a ton of food. They are known for their large omelettes so I knew I had to try one. I ordered the most popular omelette, which is the Crazy Otto’s Burgermeat and added avocado to it. However when my food came out it was an omelette but filled with just guacamole. No cheese, protein, or anything else. I told my waitress and she said the kitchen made a mistake so they remade it for me and the second, real, version was absolutely delicious. The green chilies inside really added to the flavor and I would happily order it again. The giant omelette with the giant side of hashbrowns was too much for me to finish so this is the sort of place that you will never leave hungry. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and if I am ever back up in Santa Clarita, I will certainly give this place another try.

Sunday the 1st was my first experience at Crazy Otto’s.
My kids and I came for brunch, and it was truly such a delightful experience. The service was friendly and warm and the food far surpassed any expectations!
This cozy, eclectic environment brings the charm of vintage Americana and a homey warmth that offers a buoyant and charming experience.
Highly recommend!

Crazy Otto’s has always been good, and it’s cool that they now have one so much closer than Antelope Valley. I always like getting a breakfast to split with whoever I’m with, because the portion sizes here are pretty massive. I like their eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns, with either biscuits and gravy or a pancake–both are delicious. They also have pretty great sandwiches that are worth trying if you aren’t set on breakfast. The blue lives matter flag on the wall is a unsettling, and makes me really uncomfortable, but this IS Santa Clarita, so awkward things like that are going to happen here. Other than that, the food is good.

This place is awesome. Crazy Otto’s is our new breakfast spot in Santa Clarita. Don’t know why it took so long for us to check it out but glad we did. Food is great, friendly and attentive staff. Great experience.

The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and the waitress was very attentive and professional. The food was incredible. Very reasonable price for a great serving of breakfast. I’ll be back there again soon. My only advice would be to bring your appetite. They’re ready to thrill you and fill you.

I was in the area and happened to check out this local diner…
I’m glad we stopped here. Based on the recommendation of our waiter, I tried the pork chops with hash-browns and biscuits and gravy. It was pretty phenomenal and I usually don’t eat much pork. The other dish we tried was the corn beef and hash with hash-browns. For the first time I was impressed not only with the food but the service was great. Our waiter was on point and he even let us sample some of the chili which was excellent!
My concencus is if you’re in this area please stop in and give this local eatery a try. It’s clean and ambiance is super cool as well as the food and service. Happy eating!

The customer service at this Diner was amazing!!! It was our first time going to eat breakfast here as we’ve heard great things and people were not wrong. Cristal the waitress was amazing as was the other waitress which I can’t recall her name I think it was Dustin. The food was delicious and it was so much food. I hardly finished my omelette. I am sure a plate can be shared and would be enough for 2 people. Will definitely be returning as we felt very welcomed. The place was also clean and not crowded.

Service was fast and attentive. The avocado full omelette was very huge, enough for 2 people. The hashbrowns were a thicker cut and very tasty, honestly one of the best out there. The coffee was below average I must say, would not recommend. The atmosphere was great and lively, however once the music went out it was the complete opposite. Overall 4/5 stars, wouldn’t mind coming back.

The food was good but I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was really soggy. I was only able to take two bites of my burrito since it was wet and falling apart. My husband really liked his omelette. The service was okay, the waitress was kind of rude and they made us wait so long for our bill, even though it was not busy at all. It wasn’t until my husband stood up to get the bill that they decided to help us.
