My boyfriend and I had our first experience with Crazy Mojito Cafe! 10/10 experience! Very nice family! He explained his business plans and how he is beginning to create a successful business.We had a 20 minute drive home and the food was still hot when we arrived home. We ordered a potato breakfast burrito, crazy vegetarian bowl, chips and queso, Smokey carnitas Mac and cheese bowl, and the Madagascar vanilla iced late, and the paradise punch. Serving portions are huge and the meat falls apart. We definitely be returning customers and recommending to our friends and family! Very yummy!! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing
The food is fantastic has great flavor. We’ve tried all kinds of things from the burritos to the Mac n cheese n loaded tots. The drinks are the best, they are homemade and taste so fresh and sweet. Have yet to try the coffees. Their baked goods are great and good portion size. We get fantastic service everytime we’ve ordered . One order he forgot our drink and gave us a free large drink of choice. I would highly recommend the orange dragon fresca and the island sunrise is amazing as well. The watermelon is great too Great quality and fantastic community service. Parking is kinda tight but curbside pick up is fantastic don’t even have to get out of your car. Overall 100 out of 10 definitely try this place.

Easily the most authentic Mexican food in Rutland! Excellent Tex -Mex flavors as well. The nachos are the best I’ve ever had. The smoked carnitas are out of this world and the burritos are outrageously delicious! I never thought I would find such an amazing Mexican restaurant here but I’m so glad I did! Everything is from scratch and so fresh. They have delivery and curbside pickup but no dine in yet.

We can’t stop ordering since we discovered it! The only restaurant in town where FLAVOR is the main ingredient, not just bland pub food. Soooooo good! Meaty, cheesy, savory, bold melted goodness in everything. Real Mexican style, not “American Mexican”. Portions are very generous. The Frito Pie is fantastic, but so is everything else – burritos, bowls, sides, and so on. The mac n’ cheese is so smooth and savory, even the hash browns are fantastic. Finally, the people who run the place are SO NICE! They delivered dinner to us on Christmas day when everyplace else was closed! They have their own delivery – save the doordash fees and give a bigger tip! Also the fresca fruit drinks are fantastic and go perfectly with the food. Everything is fresh and top quality, right down to the utensil bundles – not a spork with tissue paper, but proper solid utensils and a huge absorbant napkin! Little things count!

I had the homemade chips and queso ( probably the best I have ever had ) , Smoky BBQ Carnitas Mac n’ Cheese ( this was incredible. Smoky, cheesy and the noodles were perfectly cooked) , a beautiful chocolate creme” brûlée dessert ( I knew after the first two items that everything was going to be great and this was as well ) . I had 2 iced lattes . One was a vanilla bean with fresh shaved Madagascar vanilla and the second was a maple coconut iced latte ( holy smokes, they were both incredible but you have to try the vanilla bean ) .
Service
Service was excellent. They took time to explain the menu, answer any questions and pitch their recommendations. Chef and his bride were incredible knowledgeable and kind . A great team that is serving the community with great food and equally great service. Very professional and also treated me and my brothers like part of the family.
Side Notes :
Who wants to eat food from a dirty kitchen!?!! I had an opportunity to check out the kitchen that they cook in ( which was basically unannounced ) All I can say is….wow! They were pretty busy but it was the CLEANEST kitchen I have been to in a long time. I have worked in several restaurants and could understand the struggle of keeping it together, but this was different. You can tell that they take pride in their kitchen and not only that, you can tell that they are passionate about what they do and invest in [one of] the gifts that the Lord has gifted them . If you ever have the chance to take a peek inside , do so!
Overall a wonderful experience and I couldn’t recommend it more ! Thank you to Chef and his Bride !

Crazy Burrito finished off in a double sided press. Nice and toasty. Chili Cheese Nachos with chili and cheese on every single chip. Good to the last chip. Finish off with the Italian rainbow huge cookie. I’m a NYC foodie. The owner operator is from Texas. Authentic spices and taste. Going to a residential house was original. Signage was clear and concise. Park in the driveway. Door to door. Never needed to get out of car. Curious to see what happens when busy.

Usually I’m skeptical about trying new things around this area but I gave this place a shot, it’s by far one of the best places I’ve had around for food, the quality is always super good and always fresh! They layer the fresca’s perfectly! The latte’s are always a good way to wake up also! Highly recommend!
