Just had the most satisfying lunch here. The selection of broths was wider than I’ve seen at other hot pot places. Loved all of the dumplings and veggies too. It was a couple party members’ first times, and Jenny our server did a wonderful job explaining the cooking process and encouraging us to try other menu items. Don’t skip the BBQ pork belly! We’ll be back.

We had such a wonderful family outing at Crazy Hot Pot, and it was truly a memorable experience for everyone—especially the grandchildren. They absolutely loved being able to make their own meals and customize exactly what they wanted, from the hot pot ingredients to the appetizers. That level of choice made it fun and engaging for them.

Our waitress was wonderful—kind, attentive, and welcoming—and the experience was made even more fun by the robot that delivered our appetizers to the table! Drinks came with a smile from our waitress, and the robot delivery added an extra layer of excitement that had everyone talking.

It was interactive, delicious, and full of joy. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another visit.

I recently visited Crazy Hotpot with my family. It was cool the kids loved the experience, and the food was fresh and amazing. The only bad part was our server, Jason. He was very neglectful and acted like he didn’t want to serve us. He ignored us when we asked for refills and never cleared our plates, even though we stacked them. We had to go to the front to look for him, and we saw him outside smoking. I used to be a server, so I understand the server’s perspective, but this guy was completely rude. Shoutout to the other servers who were kind enough to bring us refills and put in orders for us when their coworker couldn’t! We’ll definitely be coming back, but we’ll be asking for a different server.

Fun and tasty!! The service was really great and helpful staff. We had a party of 5 with 4 people as their first time going out for hotpot. The selection is wonderful and has great vegetarian options, too. The buffet is well stocked and refreshed and refilled often. The BBQ and appetizer menue is included and is all you can eat. You could easily select your meal from those options and feel like you got your value.

If you are looking for a fun experience and a great meal, I would highly recommend Crazy Hotpot. Also the water features outside are so fun!

Lunch during the week is a great value but smaller selection. Dinner is all day on the weekends and has a fast selection. It’s worth the $35 a person price.

I tried Crazy Hot Pot recently and honestly, it was pretty mid — not bad at all, just not super memorable. The broths and ingredients were good, everything tasted fresh, and the service was decent. But compared to other hot pot places I’ve been to, it didn’t really stand out.

Still, if you’re craving hot pot and you’re in the area, it’s not a bad choice. Good experience, just could’ve been more exciting.

Best hot pot in town. Fantastic selection of food and sides. They were very accommodating for a party of 9!
Miss Jennie was our server and she was an absolute delight. Her kindness and warmth made me feel like I was a guest in her home. Thank you, Miss Jennie!

Went here two days in a row, it is absolutely amazing!!! From the appetizers, drinks, hotpot itself, everything was fantastic can’t wait to go back. The flavor was on point and the service on both visits were stellar. They’re constantly cleaning and tending to the customers. As a consumer I was thoroughly satisfied, kudos to the management and owner, keep up the great work, you have a loyal customer for sure.

I was excited to see another hotpot restaurant open in the Greater New Orleans area. This one is on the East Bank, which makes it more convenient for many. But overall, my visit left me wanting more.

Each person gets their own individual pot. This might be a plus for hygiene, especially post-COVID. But to me, hotpot is about gathering around one pot, sharing food, and enjoying the experience together. That communal feeling was missing here. Depending on your preferences, this could be considered either a pro or a con.

We went during lunch because the dinner prices seemed a bit high. The lunch prices were reasonable, but the meat selection was underwhelming. Strangely, the sliced meats were kept in a separate freezer, far from the main buffet. We only saw it by accident on the way to the bathroom. When we finally tried some, the meat was way too salty. We also ordered short ribs that never came. The service seemed a little slow overall.

The restaurant itself is clean and the idea has potential. If you’re curious, it’s worth checking out at least once. But for me, it didn’t quite deliver the hotpot experience I was hoping for.

My husband and I visited for lunch and had such a good experience! Once seated, you select your broth and then there’s a generous selection of noodles, vegetables, meats, and seafood. There’s also a sauce bar and a small dessert selection.
On the menu as well, there’s all you can eat pre-cooked appetizers and BBQ.

The staff were very friendly even though the robot servers stole the show!
