I had the pleasure of visiting this place before grand opening. I actually just walked into the store unknowingly. But they served me anyway. Thanks. I have been craving spicy food lately.
Tender: Chicken is tender. A lot better than Cane’s in terms of juicy profile.
Spicy: Everyone handles spicy differently. So let me compare with Dave’s Hot Chicken. Dave’s spiciest chicken is called “Reaper”; it’s called “Crazy” here. The next spicy level down is called “Extra hot” at Dave’s and called “Hot” here. I ordered “Hot.”
I can eat “Extra Hot” with some difficulty at Dave’s. I was able to finish the Hot sandwich without a problem.

The wait was too long, I think it was about 25 mins. Food was very much mid, chicken was dry, the fries felt cheap, it felt like cafeteria fries back in high school, def need more seasoning on everything as well. The sauce was not good and they gave too little. Customer service was very very nice tho.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Crazy D’s Chicken. The chicken was bland and poorly seasoned; it almost resembled a high school cafeteria chicken sandwich, with pickles and sauce added as an afterthought rather than enhancing the flavor.
In addition, the wait time was excessive. It took approximately 18–20 minutes for a single order, despite there being only two customers ahead of us. If the preparation time is that long, the food should at least be worth the wait, but unfortunately, it was not.
Overall, the combination of a long wait and flavorless food makes this restaurant not worth returning to. There are many other chicken spots that offer better seasoning and overall quality.
