Got the crazy Mac definitely not fresh food was cold and the menu never mentioned pepper ️ powder on top of the entire platter totally ruined what was already not good. I thought when you picked a spice level it would be the batter on chicken not my hole meal. And isn’t a smash burger supposed to have a bun????? No bun just pepper powder again. What a waste of time and money. Never recommending this place. Only giving you 1 star cause I have too

Just left with my Order, it was half right.
I asked for a Fiery Jalapeño with no onion and a 6 piece buffalo wings, what was delivered was a smash burger topped with jalapeños, no onion and no bun and the wings. I was waiting for 45 minutes to an hour with an empty place and the server with the Halo hat who delivered my food was rude, but the Tall Server that took my order was very nice. Combined with what my friends are telling me about their orders made with me right before- the food was mediocre.
Sorry, but I dont think i will be returning. But the atmosphere inside was nice?
Edit: Yeah I had to come back to edit, the wings are gross. The meat is tender but the buffalo sauce that was given tastes more like a Sweet BBQ. I ended up giving away my food to someone down the road, im sorry.

Super disappointed with our order. We have ordered before and our food did not look how disgusting it looks today. It tasted stale and not good. The portion sizes of fries and onion rings are way smaller then we have received in a past order with Crazy D’s. The chicken quality is horrible and does not even look fresh or taste fresh made. Very disappointing. The crazy fries portion is a lot smaller than we have gotten in a past order as well.

The food was delicious!! The sauce is amazing and chicken cooked to perfection. Totally worth the wait. We came in during lunch time and the cashier warned us in advance it would be a wait but it really wasn’t their fault, someone placed like 20 online orders. They were very apologetic and kind which we appreciated. Definitely will be back. Thank you!

I went in a couple days ago to order food, and the kid who helped me was super friendly and kind. He had shaggy dark hair, made sure everything was right, and got my order out fast. He even apologized for the wait even though there really wasn’t one. Great service overall.

It’s genuinely hard to put into words how cool this place is. The guys in there know what they’re doing, they made me feel like family from the moment I walked onto their parking lot. The food, customer service and atmosphere are unmatched, they’ve got a great thing going. Their portions are huge and princes are super fair, especially in a world where a McChicken is $4.00. Their sauces have to be house made too, pretty much perfect. Support local and check this spot out, I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town.

This is my first time putting in a bad review for a food spot especially in Reno area. I normally always order a take out from this location, and it’s always a hit or miss with this place. Just today and last week I had put in 1 order, and they couldn’t even get it right. All I ordered was the ‘Crazy Fries’ and they gave me an overcooked fries that was hard as a cement, and some stale chicken that tasted like it was made back in 1900’s. The food is good (sometimes) don’t get me wrong, but the service is very TRASH. Sometimes I’d pay extra for sauces or any extras and I always receive less than what is asked for. And please DO NOT order from this place if you’re ordering late at night, that’s when their services is even WORSE!! They literally will rush everything, and don’t even give you what you actually ordered for. They need to shut this place down permanently

If i can give this place a 0, i would. For starters, i recommend not visiting this location if you’re looking to get served poorly in terms of service and food quality.
My most recent experience has left me deeply disappointed in not only the staff, but management whom i spoken to regarding this situation. On top of that, BASIC hygiene practices seem to not exist there which is super nasty alone. Specifically speaking, “Samantha” has gotten in touch with me to resolve this issue however i have not received my refund nor a follow up. This place deserves to close.
