It might not catch your eye as you drive down Broadway, but what a gem this place is. The staff were incredibly friendly, restaurant was clean, and the food was piping hot when served to our large group. The seafood boil, catfish, and hush puppies were a huge hit. Recommend to anyone wanting to stretch and try something new.

Crazy good food at the Crazy Crab! Easy to get to mid town location with plenty of parking. We went for a late lunch so no wait- and ordered the Seafood Combo #1- 1/2 Snow Crab, 1/2 shrimp – Cajun medium and garlic butter. It’s all steamed in a huge bag and comes with tender potatoes, juicy corn and a boiled egg- price point was good for the amount of food you get. I had to take some home.

I’ve had this place a few times now and I was surprised at how good it was. Can’t really ask for a better seafood boil for the price. Friendly service. I recommend getting all the flavors mixed, it was super good.

Being partially deaf was unable to hear the cashier through the plexiglass. Was not expecting a huge pot of seafood, but an oven bag of Crab and shrimp with it being small portions. Butter Garlic was great flavor but didn’t have time to seep into the meat of the Crab. Spouses Crab came back slightly pink and had to wait. Other Customers that came in after us had to ask for their meal more than twice to see what was going on with their order. It is a Decent place but I probably wont come back again.

Average seafood. Had a fried fish basket with 5 shrimp in it. The shrimp were not fully cooked. The fried catfish was very good. Ordered sweet potato fries instead of regular fries. Sweet potato fries were awesome. Our friends had the crab and lobster dinners. Small lobster tails and the crab was OK.

Ordered over $200 worth of food, got lobster tails and really wanted to try King crab. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed, the King Crab was very mediocre, the lobster tails were definitely not it extremely subpar, and they forgot a lot of the extras I ordered as well. Needless to say I will never order from here again and I’m upset I’m out over $200 for some little baby king crab and rubbery lobster.

The food was good. The customer service part needs working on. The man that took our order was too busy paying attention to the other customer who was complaining about him. Smh
Once I paid him, he didn’t even try to direct me to the next window to grab our pails & drinks. I had to watch what he was doing to know that he was still servicing me. May be awhile til I visit again.

The staff is really nice. The food is always well made and really well seasoned, but I wish they gave a little more potatoes with each order. Only getting one or two, when other places give like a bed of potatoes, is a little disappointing. But everything is great otherwise.
