A bright and colorful nautical decor enhances the food experience. The service was attentive. We had: cajun shrimp pasta, fried catfish basket, and the shrimp and snow crab seafood combo. The Cajun in the pasta was very bland. The fried catfish was tasty. The seafood combo was delicious and enough food to satiate hunger. Overall a good experience.

We had a 15 minute wait time, that was ok. We ordered a variety of food. We would not order the scallops again. They were all exactly the same size, same form, etc…definitely not fresh. We ordered the crayfish, shrimp, green mussels in just garlic butter, in a steamed bag, asked for no hot seasoning and it still had enough seasoning to be spicy. Ordered just the crayfish, which came with potatoes in a steam bag, and we ordered the plate with a crab cake, coconut shrimp, and I can’t remember the rest of the appetizers, it was all wonderful except the scallops. I did ask for a mocktail and they do not make them so I ordered a strawberry lemonade that was delicious!

Place is fine. Very average taste. That’s good, because you know what to expect. No thrills. They do need a green vegetable offering. And while the food is decent, I’m certain it’s not fresh fresh. The shrimp was tasteless. The breadsticks were definitely frozen. Maybe the price sets the expectation for okay quality. Take out bags were very nice. They gave me a big pasta portion.

My husband and I ate here and let me tell you, we were very pleased. We were greeted and sat immediately. The place clean and quiet. Food came quickly. My husband had friend fish and I had a boil bag. Everything was fresh. Waitress was super nice. We will go there again and again.

Dined in, first off- they don’t have a kids menu which is not realistic for a place that claims they accommodate families, secondly the server mixes up our boil bags and gave my very young kids the spicy one that my husband and I ordered, thirdly I think our server visited our table a total of 3 times throughout the entire visit, 1 to get drinks, 2 to deliver drinks and take our order and 3 to bring out the food. My husband had to grab his own takeout containers- he was never offered a refill on his tea, the restaurant was hot as hell, absolutely will never be going back again. Food was okay- price was expensive for the little that you get. My friends and I ordered the 12 piece chicken nugget and fries baskets for our kids, she got 10 nuggets and I got 11. You should at least get what you’re paying for, especially at those prices.

Crazy Crab is my favorite seafood restaurant. The food, atmosphere and service is outstanding and our waitress, Sha is one of the reasons we always return. She always greets us with a smile and goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s order is perfect! She is fast, friendly and efficient and definitely an asset to this restaurant! We love her!

We were in Kissimmee,Fl, for a few days with friends and had heard of the Crazy Crab, so we gave it a try. We had a large group, but we were seated quickly. The waitress was friendly telling us about the menu. Most of us got the crab and shrimp boil with corn and potatoes, and you could get seasoned to your liking. You definitely got your moneys worth. The restaurant has a fun eclectic atmosphere, and the kids next to us seemed to enjoy it. I had hubby put on the bib so he wouldn’t ruin his new shirt, and wouldn’t you know he still got something on it. Our whole group enjoyed themselves and some a little too much with the merman statue. Couldn’t post those pics, lol.

Sha has made our evening, from the time we walked in the door. Sha helped us with the choosing of our meals and drinks. It makes a difference to your eating experience when you’re greeted and treated like you’re the only family in the restaurant.
