Small taco shack in the desert, been around 26 years. Staff was very kind, greeted me, and helped me decide what to get. Food was done within 3-5 minutes, SUPER FAST. Would highly recommend stopping by

Looks can be deceiving but a giant, two handed taco that explodes with flavor hides nothing. It’s surprisingly great. Portion sizes are wonderful and the home cooked flavors are excellent, each item in its own way.
The wonderful people that work behind the counter are fun and flexible. The whole experience was terrific. If you worked up a giant appetite visiting the outlet mall and you need to refuel in a big way…. Crazy Coyote is for you.

It has been 20 years since I have ate here. I’m really glad I came back. I ordered the Chile Verde giant Taco with rice and beans. My lady ordered the regular tacos,,, one with steak and the other with chicken. When I come out this way I will definitely eat here again. Thank you for still being here. A++

I’ve been coming here for the last 6 years and the food is amazing every single time. well worth stopping here over any other place in the plaza. burritos are easily the size of an adult head and the tortillas have so much flavor. the folks that work here are so nice!

We always pass this place when leaving Cabazon Outlets. Today, we decided to stop and give it a try. Reviews were decent, and someone mentioned best nachos. We ordered a steak taco and super nachos with chicken. The taco was good. Homemade corn tortilla, nice size, and the steak was tender.
The super nachos were a flop. The chips are store bought tortilla chips and cheap nacho cheese. If you’ve ever eaten cheap nacho cheese before, you know exactly what I’m talking about. We couldn’t find any chicken under all that cilantro, two types of hotsauce, and cheese. We barely noticed the beans once we pushed the chips over.
You pay $2 for a canned soda and .50 cents for a cup of ice I can’t down the atmosphere because it’s obvious when driving in, you’re going to eat outside. However, the flies will fight you for your food. Bring cash, $1 charge for cards. Great customer service, the staff is really nice.

Their chili verde big tacos are incredible. Popped in on a whim. Was not disappointed. Super friendly staff. You could tell the love went into the food today. I’ll definitely be stopping there during my commutes.

Great, authentic Mexican food. Don’t let the fact that it looks like a hole-in-the-wall dive with no formal seating scare you off! The limited picnic tables and menu and fighting the wind that never seems to stop is well worth the delectable treats served up here.
You simply must try their Chili Verde!

Dude below says food was OK I prefer taco bell. if you prefer taco bell, you have some serious problems and don’t know what good food is pal. Anyways, on with my review.
So I’ve been coming to this shop since 2003 and I guarantee anyone that this place has the best burrito you will ever taste in your life. One tip I can give you is, if you order a burrito, order it with everything! You don’t want to miss out on the perfect combination of bursting flavors that will leave your mouth watering and wanting more. Man I can’t wait to go back and get me a steak burrito with everything. Btw I think the burritos just went up by 50 cents, (now 9.50) but I think they need to charge 10.50 or 11 with the quality and service.
