Our original location is in Pineville,Louisiana, where we are a local favorite. After the numerous comments from guests asking us to expand to larger cities we chose to open our second location in Beaumont, TX inside the old Starvin Marvin’s Bar & Grill. We offer a wide variety of fresh seafood that you can chose from. When in season we receive a daily shipment of fresh live crawfish. You will find many other options as fish, alligator, crabs and shrimp. We serve an incredible gumbo, chicken & sausage or seafood. Either way our crawfish or shrimp etouffee are sure to please your appetite. We have happy hour on weekdays with food, drink and beer specials. Come enjoy an Astros game or watch some football on one of our dozen televisions.
Funky, down-to-earth spot serving Louisiana-style seafood dishes plus a full bar & outdoor seating.

The food came out fresh and hot. The boudin balls were particularly good. Easily the best I’ve ever had. I also had the Bayou Punch, which was a good call. Flavorful, balanced, and refreshing alongside a hearty meal. Overall, the food was well seasoned and enjoyable. I will note that I liked the taste more than the texture… The fish was softer than I usually prefer, but the flavor carried it. Portions are generous, especially for the price. You get a lot of food for your money.
Service was top tier. Kizzie, our server, was personable, attentive, and phenomenal all around. The rest of the staff were friendly as well.
My only real complaint is that the tables and chairs weren’t wiped down well. We cleaned them off ourselves.
This is a solid spot when you want good Cajun food, strong flavors, and quality service. Worth the stop.
The hostess was nice and the server was friendly. Service was a mite slow but it happens. But while waiting the server was very attentive and kept checking on me seeing if i needed anything. But i was waiting over 20 minutes for my check which was not pleasant to say the least.
For food i had a starter of fried pickles and they’re what you expect. Very crispy. They actually had spice i didn’t expect but it was still good.
Then for my main dish i had a bowl of crawfish etoufee and it was the best i had in Texas! I’ve had the dish a couple of times in Louisiana and i couldn’t tell the difference! Creamy, with good flavor and heat.
The atmosphere was open and inviting. I could hear live music playing for a birthday party that was pretty good. But it’s just a cozy vibe. The decor was average fair for a Cajun restaurant.
All and all, great experience and i highly recommend. If you’re in beaumont don’t miss this place!
Who is the owner here??! People still want good quality food and prices and servings. – save your money and TIME!!
The outdoor area for the kids to play and the outdoor fireplace was a nice touch. I will be back the next time I’m in Beaumont for sure
Everything and everyone was great!
This place was highly recommended by some close friends. So glad we gave it a try! We’ll definitely be back.
Our server, Justin, was very attentive, personable, and even entertaining.
Crazy Cajun is a delicious place for all ages!
