I thought the tacos were pretty good. I had 1 of chorizo and 2 of carne asada. I used the green salsa they had and it wasn’t too spicy. The red one is for those that really want to spice up their tastebuds. The staff was really nice and received good service. I want to come back and try their burritos I keep hearing about. Oh, and their orchata was on point – so good.

We had such a wonderful experience at Crazy burrito authentic Mexican Grill Odessa location! The food is absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, tastes authentic and full of tradition. We actually used to go to another Mexican restaurant regularly, but once we tried this place, we haven’t gone back. The quality and flavor here are just on another level.
What truly makes this place special is Oscar. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are always taken care of. His kindness, attentiveness, and positive energy make us feel right at home every single time. Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find. And this says a lot — my daughter is extremely picky, and this is the only Mexican food she will eat or ask for. That alone speaks volumes!

Employee was extreamly rude and dismissive. I felt like an inconvenience to try to order. I instantly got attitude from any questions I asked about the food. I even switched to Spanish thinking it might have been a language barrier, but he was just as rude. There was no customers so it wasn’t that I was taking him away from anything else. I walked out and will not return.

This was my second bad experience at Crazy Burrito, and once again it was with the same employee. The service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I ordered, it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. No one should be treated that way.
