We have been going here for years. We are always well taken care of by the wait staff, our drinks are never empty, the food always seems fresh, and after a small hiccup, the food is heat hot like it should be. Even the sushi bar is well stocked and has a good variety. My family likes several of the items on the buffet, sushi bar, salad bar, and deserts. They serve Pepsi products and pink lemonade, hot tea, and a decent variety of beers. The dinning area is well kept and most of the booths are free of damage to the seating. In my opinion it is the best Chinese buffet on the west side. They also have a buffet takeout option, pay by the pound. I often stop by there on the way to work.

Very friendly staff and attractive looking buffet with lots of options and a sushi bar. Unfortunately, the temperature of the food seemed to be too low. By the time I got back to my seat, the food was already lukewarm and not very tasty. Every member of my group said the same. We were a little concerned about food poisoning, with food not being kept hot enough, but everyone seemed fine after.

This has been a decent Chinese buffet but lately (2016) it has really gone down-hill. While the food is still good, the service has become quite poor- with the server never visiting our table except to take our drink order, deliver our drinks (once), and bring us the check. This has happened on more than one visit – she did not check to see if we needed any refills. To add insult to injury, as we were leaving we asked for a drink to go, and they said it would cost a dollar…. really?

I used to eat there all the time. Here lately, I’ve gotten sick Everytime I’ve eaten there. I’ve noticed if you go there during peak hours the food is normally fresh and hot. I can’t give a very good rating on singing that’s made me sick 3 times. I wish they would step their game back up bc I really liked eating there.

Crazy Buffet used to taste terrible and all their food never tasted good. It has since improved and actually has flavor. The environment was pretty good but the bathrooms were a mess. Overall I good solid 3.

Worst service I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I had shown up with a friend of mine, who was not eating. I went up to get some “freshly made” fried rice, and I found a cockroach in the tray of fried rice. I alerted the manager of this and refused to pay for the little food I had eaten. This is disgusting. From the moment I said that to the manager, she had a lot of attitude and offered no compensation for this. I had refused to pay, so she then targetted my friend, who DID NOT EAT. The manager then took a picture of my friends license plate since we drove his car, and said she will get the cops involved, and was threatening him, not me. It was a headache in its entirety. It definitely was not worth getting the police involved, so I bit my tongue and paid the 10 dollars for one mediocre sushi roll and a cockroach infested fried rice. Awful awful service. Nasty food. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Serving staff is completely average for a buffet, no issues with them. Their food is simply too dry or too over fried or too breaded. Just could not seem to get anything right.
Pricing is OK, not a bad deal, but subpar value.

Horrible service!!!The the hot bar had old food and was dried out. The sushi was not well prepared and a warm. One of the servers was walking around chewing like she had food in her mouth. I would definitely not recommend this one to anyone. The Crazy Buffet on the east side is 100% better.

Pretty good quality and food selection. Being a buffet I rate service by how responsive and attentive the staff is to my needs. This staff was on point, they cleared empty plates and refilled my drink almost immediately. My only gripe, and this is a personal want, is I thought the food could be hotter. Overall, I would eat here again.

Probably the worst experience ever at a Asian buffet. Went in a little before 9…AN HOUR before they close. No fresh food, wasn’t putting any out, and what was there tasted like rubber. We waited 20 min for her to bring us a check so we just walked up to the counter and she came running over like we were putting her out. Mind you there we’re only three other tables there. We will not be going back.
