Visited this place for the first time. I got the salmon, teriyaki stir fry bowl with white rice and it was delicious. It also was a pretty good portion size. I also got the lobster rangoons which were hot and delicious! Would definitely eat that again. I ate in and the service speed was decent, nothing too bad. My boyfriend got the chicken mediterranean wrap and he really enjoyed it; big portion too. All-around pretty good and I’ll be visiting again! 🙂

Check everything!! They robbed me. If I took a soda they call it robbery. They take money from me and it is a mistake. My fault when the lady in front of me had to return twice and I did not check my order. I am not driving back up there. $0.99 Chips and cheese, well the cheese doesn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. Then I ordered a rice crispy treat for my daughter and it is not in there gone. They had 5 people working there and me and one other customer the whole time. It may be 4 minutes from my house but I will not be back.

I’ve probably online ordered around 10 meals now from this location, and they’ve all been great overall! My first time picking up a to-go order, I wasn’t greeted and it took me a minute to realize that the to-go orders are on a shelf next to the cashier. After that realization, it’s always been easy! I’ve noticed that this location is regularly fairly busy, so I do recommend ordering before heading up.
My go-to meal is the barbecue chicken quesadilla (that comes with a large portion of chicken in my opinion) as well as the power bowl with quinoa and grilled chicken. The chicken does tend to be a bit on the dry side, but the salsa and other accompanying ingredients help to offset any minor dryness with the chicken.
No bad experiences so far, thanks for the opportunity to enjoy an excellent fast-food meal that’s healthier and guilt-free!

I’ve been wanting to try this spot out since it was under construction. I’d eaten at another Crazy Bowls & Wraps, over near Mercy Hospital, and enjoyed the meal.
There’s a kiosk ordering system. It’s easy enough to use, but this can make it difficult to get the of an employee. (I was asking for a lid to take my bowl to go.) The cups for fountain drinks are sitting out by the fountain, so I guess they’ve decided any possible “theft” won’t hurt their bottom line, and I agree. An employee does bring the food to your table.
Really delicious poke bowl. I do wish they’d had soy sauce–they carried a lot of other sauces, but not that one. I took the poke bowl home to add soy sauce, and enjoyed some very tasty lobster rangoon and steamed vegetables.
I didn’t use the restroom, and didn’t even get a photo of my food–I was developing a migraine that was made worse by the bright interior, light-colored parking lot, and scorching sun. That was no one’s fault but that’s why this review is a bit shorter.

Generally, when I come to this crazy bowls and wraps, the service is slow. However, today, in addition to being slow, the young blonde woman at the drive-through must’ve been having a bad day because she was quite impolite over the speaker and even moreso at the window. There are plenty of other places to go around here and next time I will go elsewhere. There’s enough crap going on in the world. I don’t feel like dealing with rude ignorant service people if i don’t have to.

I ordered the incorrect wrap from their kiosk by accident without realizing. When Jason came to deliver it, he was very willing to swap out the wrap I ordered with the wrap I actually wanted. I appreciated him making sure I got what I wanted when it was my mistake.

Wonderful first visit. As a diabetic I had many questions about the menu and was helped greatly by Tamajah who provided the information I needed. I wish that there was nutritional information readily available when ordering at the kiosks. The food was tasty. Enjoyed the different drink selections with multiple iced teas. The only down side was the noise. Since there was no noise deadening measures and lots of hard surfaces, the noise travel.
Edit: returned and my experience was considerably different. The computer is the interaction not human. I had an error and it was hard to get assistance.
