They messed up my food despite me paying way more than what was even given. I wouldnt care but im vegetarian and they gave me meat. The lady was so nice we didn’t even think to check. I got 2 bowls and one of them for my diabetic friend was correct but how on earth do you have me pay extra for quinoa and plant based meat but give me straight white rice and chicken. Wth?

I’ve eaten there about 60 days in a row. They all know my order before I get to the register. Today March 7th at around 11am whoever cooked my food put chemicals in it. The whole plate smells like cleaning supplies. I took one bite and my insides burn. Considering filing a lawsuit but I definitely won’t be back. -Michael. Everyone that worked in the front seemed nice.

Very disappointing. I ordered the teriyaki bowl with salmon and lobster rolls on my order. I clearly stated in both of the spots that I wanted extra teriyaki sauce sauce on the side. I got a total of two containers. I ordered it with brown rice. The brown rice is a very hard. I know brown rice is normally a little more firm, but this is ridiculous. For the lobster rolls I got no sweet-and-sour and they tasted old. I also asked for silverware, which is another option that you can select. I got no silverware, but this is not the first time I have had delivery from them before and there were issues then as well. I ordered this today because it’s the third anniversary of my daughter‘s death every year. I pick a place that she used to like and I’ll order what she used to order. Today was horrible for me and this just made it even worse.

I frequently order from CB&W because I like the healthier food options they offer. That being said, the last several delivery orders I’ve placed online are subpar- missing items, wrong items, or the food arrives totally inedible. The most recent delivery included a $17 bowl where I requested extra sauce, and I received a bowl of thai sauce soup with a few veggies instead that spilled all over and ruined the rest of the ~$70 order. I may consider dining in at some point, but there have been too many bad experiences ordering online for carryout and delivery to justify the price. It’s disappointing, and I hope they figure out how to do better.

Food was fresh, but I was hoping for more, I had the Ceasar wrap, and it didn’t have enough dressing.
The edamame was good. It could of used a little more salt but still good.
My daughter really liked her Fajita bowl was good.
Ill be back to try other options because it was fresh.

It was just okay. I got the jerk wrap, floor tortilla, jasmine rice, and crispy chicken breast. The filling was unbalanced. Some bits has no flavor and other was overwhelming. The jalapeño cilantro salsa had very little spice though rated the spiciest. The buffalo sauce had more spice. Overall “meh” feeling from the staff and atmosphere.

The staff is so friendly. The place is clean. The chicken has been perfectly cooked and consistent since my review was originally published. I appreciate them taking the feedback and working on it! Idk if they are not allowed to put much sauce on the bowls but we pay good money for bowls here so it needs more sauce.

This place is the best! The food is always made fresh and they have a great selection of sauces. Also, their collection of cold teas and limeade offers a refreshing alternative to soda. Military members get a free drink!

Ordered via doordash i like the bowl and how the veggie still had some crunch to them but there was no sauce on my veggies like i wanted it was all on the side…. And i only got one container of sauce and it was half full… but the bag was taped shut and utensils was there so it’s why I’m eating it a 4 its like a 3.5 in my book but would order again

1. Service is not what it should be . Don’t let a customer walk in the store and you just keep your back turned to the customer before waiting 5 min to say anything.
2. Presentation is everything, you really keep your chips in that dirty container? Looks like it’s never been cleaned and the young lady up front told me it’s usually on the ground. I would appreciate some integrity here when it comes to the way you are keeping your food. Coming to a location in Ofallon, I expect a lot better. If I wanted below average service and food to be served out of dirty containers, I think I could find a place for that.
