CBW was always one of my favorite places to eat. There are so many delicious food options.
I was excited to dine in when I spotted CBW in Edwardsville, IL.
I ordered easy enough. The gal taking our order was extremely helpful, nice and knowledgeable. The food was prepared quickly and delivered to the table as ordered. The food was just as delicious as I had remembered. However, I was shocked to see that the burrito size was half the size it used to be, and extremely disappointed to see that the price had remained the same. The current portion size is not worth the price.
I did notice the portion size of some of the bowls and salads being delivered. They seemed to be a better value.
The inside of the restaurant was very dirty. The cashier counter, tabletops, the floors, trash area and bathrooms could use a good scrubdown.
It was at the end of the day and could be the result of a high traffic Sunday?

You can also order for pick up and take out.
This is a good place for a quick healthy, nutritious meal.

One of my go-to spots when I’m in town for work. I typically order the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with quinoa and a side of spicy buffalo sauce. The food is always fresh, with great flavor and taste. I’m usually here with coworkers, and they enjoy the food just as much. Consistently a great dining experience with quality ingredients and solid service.

My girlfriend showed me this place and we stopped in to have some food. She got a bowl and I got a BBQ wrap. There wasn’t much going on inside. The food was really good although chips were a little stale but we like fresh food so we will definitely come back later.

So typically I really love it here but the past 10 times I have went, my wraps have like 2 pieces of chicken in them, even if I pay extra for extra chicken. Their bowls of queso have like a tea spoon of queso in it which feels like a waste of money & most recent visit, I sat there waiting for half an hour for two things that weren’t even entrees, just a side of beans and some crispy chicken bites. I would understand if it was packed or if they had to make more chicken but it was about 2pm, and there were 2 other customers in the store. When I got my food I got about 5 chicken bites that were cold & they forgot my sauce. I’m not usually this nit-picky but this place is not cheap and it is very frustrating man. This used to be my favorite place to eat but I have stopped frequenting it because it suddenly feels like i’m getting ripped off lol.
The people working there are typically pretty nice! There is a woman who might be a store manager with an undercut and she’s very kind and respectful! Also, on days the male manager is working, it is always very great service and good food. I really like the manager, he’s extremely kind so I feel bad writing this review but there has just been too many instances of my food being subpar or my orders getting messed up lately.

The food was hot, the black bean egg roll and veggie gyoza was perfectly cooked. The tostada had a lot of bean paste and the salmon was too salty so I was only able to eat one portion. Still appreciate the effort as I know you can’t please everyone. Thank-you!

First time eating here, greatly disappointed. Ordered a stir fry bowl with grilled tofu, mixed vegetables, jasmine rice & Thai peanut sauce. The vegetables were not hardly cooked? Rock hard and flavorless. And the tofu had grill marks that could’ve just been for show because it also did not seem cooked and was stuck together in a clump. Sauce tasted good, but there wasn’t much of it. Colorful, but not cooked. Waste of money.

I hate to review this, because I’ve been a big fan for a long time. I’m not sure what happened, but this food quality is really poor now. I ordered queso cheese and the container had barely any in it. After one chip it was almost gone. I ordered my steak bowl with extra chicken like I normally do, but this time instead of extra meat as I ordered, they gave me half each protein, it’s all cut up into tiny pieces, normally it was very big chunks of each. All of this also comes after a price hike as well, There’s no extra meat here, just half of each. Normally I wouldn’t complain, but I paid for extra meat and the queso, and to not get either, and also pay more then I usually have, was just a slap in the face. Won’t order again.

Came here when there was no line and somehow me and the five people behind me ended up waiting for over an hour. Didn’t even get to try the food because the service and the workers were so poor.
