Frank has been incredible , so knowledgeable about the menu, genuinely friendly, and just overall amazing. He made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. You can tell he truly cares about the experience he’s giving his guests.
Tiffany, the manager, was also so personable and kind. It’s rare to feel this level of hospitality everywhere you turn, but every single person here has been wonderful.
And the food… WOW. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The flavors, presentation, and quality were all beyond our expectations.
This was the perfect way to kick off our honeymoon. We are so grateful for such a memorable experience and can’t wait to come back!
The only thing I’d say is that I wish I knew that outdoor seating is on a waitlist, and you can’t reserve to be seated outdoors. Even then, I requested to at least be seated by the window and they were able to do that, which was very nice.
Overall, an amazing place, and I’d definitely recommend going!
Highly recommended
Atmosphere is an eclectic mishmash that is not my style, but it’s alright.
Service was fast and friendly with some minor language barriers that were quickly remedied.
Cocktails are simply terrific. Bloody Maria was gorgeous. Frozen sangria was sublime!
Salmon taco trio was excellent.
Breakfast sandwich was delicious. Shaved hash browns were alright, however.
The tuna dip appetizer with plantains was such a winner! The burrata appetizer on toast was wonderful.
This was a wonderful place to imbibe and brunch on a Sunday in Miami.
Recommended!
First, I want to say our original server was amazing. He was attentive, kind, and made sure our drinks were refilled. The food came out in a timely manner, and everything seemed great at first.
However, while eating the Amazing Mushrooms appetizer, I found an earring back inside my food. I immediately checked to make sure it wasn’t mine, it wasn’t. I calmly informed another waitress about what happened and made sure not to draw attention or make a scene in front of other guests.
Unfortunately, that’s when things took a turn. I saw the waitress tell another staff member what happened, and that staff member rolled her eyes before coming over to me, almost as if she thought I had put it there myself. She then said she would get a manager.
When the manager arrived, he didn’t ask me any questions about what happened. Instead, he simply brought out another plate of the same appetizer. By that point, my appetite was completely gone. I politely declined and just asked for my main course. He seemed to have an attitude, which was confusing because we hadn’t eaten anything beyond the mushrooms, it’s not like we were trying to get free food.
At that point, we decided to leave. We asked to just pay for our two mini Cokes and go. Our original server was extremely apologetic and professional throughout the entire situation. As I was explaining to him that we were leaving because of how the manager handled things, the manager overheard and then said, “The food is on the house if that’s what you want,” which completely missed the point. We were never asking for free food, we just wanted the situation handled professionally and respectfully.
Finding something like that in your food is already upsetting. Being met with eye-rolling and attitude made it worse. The only positive part of this experience was our server, who truly did his best.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on better customer service and food safety moving forward.
