One of the best Falafel restaurant in NJ. This is our all time favorite place to visit multiple times. Their falafel is very tasty and delicious, well made with vegetables and tahini sauce and my favorite spicy red chillie sauce. Love their service. Lots of parking spots available.

Chicken sharwama is flavorful and delicious! Big portion with lots of chicken is pleasant. Too bad the hummus has ruined my appetite….I have never had such salty hummus. Possible it is an accident but I hope the restaurant could have done better quality control. It’s a shame I can’t eat the hummus and got to discard it.

I used to be regular here until sometime back and they were okay but recents visits experience was poor taste (even their signature Falafel tasted bad), spoiled pita bread, degraded quality and ungrateful employees. Now feels like nearby ‘Pita and Hummus’ is far better choice than this. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Samosas were so good, nice and spicy. Came with friends to grab dinner and ordered the lamb shawarma with fries and rice with salad. Really good, a bit too much salt. The quantity was so much that I had left overs for the next day, that’s always a plus lol. Very calm atmosphere, cute pop and mom shop. They got great lunch deals too.

I ordered the chicken shawarma over salad ($13+tax). It comes with a side of home-made, warm, fluffly pita which was a nice surprise. The salad is the standard mixture of lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers which was overall good, but the lettuce itself was not the freshest though. The chicken had flavor although slightly salty and ever so slightly overcooked such that it wasn’t tender. Could be an off day, since there were a lot of good reviews. It’s the 1st time I tried this establishment. The owner seemed friendly (I always watch how they interact with customers) and that’s always a huge plus. I read the plaques on the walls – always nice to see the history of places and how it got started.

Chicken shwarama is amazing. Pita they give is very fresh. But be warned, it doesn’t age well (relative). Lunch special is very filling, probably too much. Consistent (been going for over 2yrs). Owners are there every day, stable staff, quite busy so you’re always getting fresh food. I’m not a huge fan of their tahini but hot sauce and taste of chicken more than makes up for it. Chicken is tender, very flavorful and never rubbery. Not too many eat there but I always do.

Decent local falafel joint, with a nice staff. Chickens and lamb Shawarma are not to my liking. I really do not care for the babaganoush, although the hummus is quite tasty.
