Always love Crawfords usually! Come here often but usually just get the cheesey breadsticks. Had my first negative experience. Ordered two calzones tonight and they were both raw dough in the middle. Not a big deal. Called the store and spoke to someone named Charlie who sounded like we had personally insulted her mother when we told her about the raw dough. Didn’t believe us, but did offer to make new calzones that we would have to drive all the way back to pick up and drop off the doughy ones. She then told us that she cooked them correctly. And then sarcastically offered to remake ours. Didn’t offer a refund and did not apologize. Yikes..

I have had Crawford’s food several times. But last night 10/4/24 I had the best cheeseburger. I had a single cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce and tomato with mayonnaise. The bun was soft and the burger was awesome. The next day I felt like ordering it again, it was that good. If you ever go to Crawford’s you gotta try their cheeseburgers with grilled onions. Your mouth will definitely be happy with how it tastes.

We went here for work Christmas Party for food and bowling!! So much fun, atmosphere was good, waitress was so nice n on top of things for them being absolutely busy that evening!! Food and pizza was amazing… i actually forgot how good pizza was will def be remembering n going back for sure!!

Typing this as I wait for my food. I came in for lunch 5/27/25 and have waited at this point 45 minutes for my food. I ordered a calzone and have watched multiple parties that arrived after me get served their food, when I arrived there was one other group. The wait has burnt my lunch break up.

Said 30 minutes. Showed up after 30 minutes and still here after waiting another 40. I get being busy but my order should have been given a realistic time frame, or expedited when I walked through the door. My pizza didn’t go in the oven until 20 minutes after I got here. I watched them put it in. Ridiculous!

I had the specialty thick crust pizza and bread sticks. The bread sticks was loaded with butter the way i like them. The staff was friendly and fast. They now have slot machines installed. I also had the ultimate nachos don’t forget to add chili sauce with the nachos. they have a choice chicken or beef i chose chicken and beef.
