I had Smash Burger, Fries, and Hazy IPA. The food was nicely cooked and tasty in every detail, from Brioche buns to sides. In addition, operation was smooth and people are so nice. The restrain was clean and I can say that you can enjoy meals without any trip.

I had never heard of Crawford before. I really enjoyed the short rib dinner plate. I was searching for a Gluten Free option when the waitress suggested this option. It did not disappoint. The meat was tender and perfectly seasoned with mashed potatoes and carrots. All the service staff very attentive and helpful which is always appreciated after a stressful day of getting to the airport. A shout out to TG my server for the recommendation. Never heard of Crawford’s before until now but they have a really cool spot here at RDU/Airport and the food is delicious!! I had the cheese grit bowl and it was amazing. All the combinations in the bowl and flavors were spot on! I will definitely be coming back if I fly out of RDU in the future. My waitress Brendalyn is great! She was very sweet and very helpful with a smile on her face. She made sure that I was taken care of and gave service with a smile. Ask for Brendalyn!!

Airport restaurant joy is rare. When it happens, it’s unforgettable.
I am still in shock over the level of service I experienced here today. I managed restaurants for 10 years, and I have never witnessed someone do this job with the consistency, warmth, and genuine joy that Brendalyn brings to every table.
The entire section felt full of energy and happiness. Every guest was visibly happier when she came by. She speaks with such sweetness, makes you feel truly seen and important, and somehow creates real human connection in the middle of an airport.
I had a simple breakfast and coffee. It was good, but the food honestly doesn’t even compare to the experience she creates. The service is the reason to come here.
This might sound dramatic, but I told her this was my favorite place on earth today, and that’s entirely because of her. If I could come back just to sit in her section again, I absolutely would.
Brendalyn is a rare, special talent. This place is incredibly lucky to have her.

I was greeted Wright an early by the manager, Travis. Such a nice man. He told me Stephanie would be my server and at 6:30 in the morning. She was absolutely delightful and cheerful. The food came out quickly and hot. Hard traveling on a holiday and they made the experience absolutely wonderful. I will for sure be back.

I went to Crawford & Son a few days ago, which was solid – but this place was a bit lacking. Service was slow, but it was a busy Thursday afternoon and all my interactions with the staff were great, so the rating is really just for the food. It tastes like typical bar food and I’m not sure it deserves the hype of the Crawford group. The signature smashburger wasn’t bad, but nothing was particularly special; the fries were seasoned well but not crispy at all. Not memorable for me (the local Pilsner was good though).

service was outstanding! Teeyana is an attentive bartender & makes a killer bloody mary. Jordan, the manager, came out to apologize because they were out of pickled okra. (It was not necessary bc I wasn’t even upset); However, this gesture was so professional and beyond appreciated. She made it right by bringing me two orders of the homemade PICKLES!! We were just here for drinks & snacks- but the steak fries are incredible. Will definitely return.

I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed my dining experience at an airport restaurant as much as I did. The hamachi tartare was excellent, the shrimp lettuce wraps were tasty. The chocolate peanut butter dessert was the perfect ending. My server Mirna was lovely and attentive as well.

We grabbed food here while waiting for our flight and everything was really good. Definitely at step above other airport food. Additionally, our server Samuel was fantastic. Stop by this place if you’re in RDU terminal 2!
