This was our first time there and I was speechless. 1. Service was amazing and very easy going. 2. She even let us try the shrimp because im picky. And oh goodness it was delicious. 3. The crawfish was so good not over cooked n not under cooked. They were cooked to perfection. Same with the shrimp which were huge. Both were very well seasoned but not too much it was beyond perfect. We even got some of there homemade sauce and Cajun butter OMG SOOOOOOOOO GOD. IF YOU HAVENT BEEN AND WANT GOOD CRAWFISH THIS IS THE SPOT. So, crawfish max is a Drive-through crawfish experience located in Waveland Mississippi. I had heard the hype, but I had to check it out for myself and it did not disappoint. Let me just start by saying that the crawfish are so clean. It’s amazing. They were perfectly seasoned. The potatoes and the corn are just off the chart. And don’t even get me started on the shrimp. Everything peeled so easily. The people are fantastic, the food is fantastic, and the location is easily accessible. You just pulled up to the window place your order and exit with a bag, or two, Of some dang good crawfish y’all!!!!
