Omg the worst experience ever today I’m sad too because this place used to be our to go spot for crawfish but has really gone down hill… we gave it another chance today, the last time after we had cold crawfish (which we can forgive) the time before that we had a bad batch like the crawfish really squishy and old. Today we went again because my mom really wanted to go here her treat and man were we disappointed ☹️ first the waitress was really cold and rude I noticed it but didn’t say anything until my sister mentioned it to. (If you don’t like your job girl find another place) she rolled her eyes and everything. The place was not even packed and we didn’t get offered refills. When our food came she forgot our corn potato’s then brought them separately and still forgot the extra ones we ordered. We had asked for our sauces and she didn’t bring that until way later. The kids food she was bringing them one or two at a time. She would get lost forever not sure where she would go. Had to remind her about the boudins we had ordered. We had to get up several times to get things… The queens plater comes with shrimp and crawfish and we only got crawfish so had to ask about our shrimp, potatoes and corn. My sister asked for her sauces again after asking twice and they brought her sweet and sour I’m guessing from take out they more than likely had literally everything was brought out piece by piece …and was cold by the time we got everything. She then tried to charge us for some extra corn and potatoes we had ordered but we never got we made her aware and she said “ well what do you want me to do bag them for you to take home?” Like no girl just making you aware we wanted to enjoy them here! She was just so rude I don’t understand why. She didn’t care since it was 6 plus party she had her tip made since it was included already. I’m so sad that my mother was so excited to come here and this was her experience. She was an American girl brunette. There was another waitress there seemed really sweet big ol smile that served the table behind us… we wish we would of gotten her because she look like she took care of her tables. The one we got just wasn’t it check was over $350! Need to find a new place I hear one next door is good will have to try. Angela please find ppl that enjoy working there or can explain what’s going one then we would have some understanding

We went Sunday, it wasn’t busy at all yet we were walked by & ignored for over 15 minutes until finally someone said “sit where you want” and walked away. It took another 20-25 minutes before anyone brought menus, spoke to us, etc. we finally ordered, food took 25-30 minutes just for the crawfish to be cold, mushy and the order to be wrong. We ordered 3 lbs crawfish, 2 corn & 8 potatoes, we received about 2lbs crawfish, 7 corns and 6 potatoes and were told “oops, it’ll be alright” about 4 minutes into eating we asked her to add 6 potatoes to our order and by the time we asked for them 3 times, we finally got them 25 minutes later when all of our other food was gone. Never got a single refill, only saw the waitress when we literally flagged and tracked her down. We had to pay for food we didn’t even order and it was all mushy/cold. Makes a ton of sense why they were practically empty while the other 2 crawfish spots on the same road had lines waiting in the streets.

CRAWFISH SEASON IS HERE! First time here, but it will be my spot from now on. Nakaiah was my waitress and she was very nice and gave us great service. I love there was enough parking and when we walked in we were seated right away. I like the vibe and how quick service was without lacking quality. The food was AMAZING. Highly recommend. (Forgot to take a picture of the food before we ate it but here is the aftermath)

We were seated right away however we waited almost 2 hours for our crawfish and still never received it. Seeing that it was already 8:45, we left without ever receiving our food as we were too hungry to wait god only knows how much longer. We were told while we were waiting that it was only going to 5 more minutes or that we were the next order when we saw at least 6-7 platters come out after we were told this. The couple who sat next to us 45 minutes after us got their food before us as well.

Crawfish Kings is my Husbands and I favorite crawfish place to go to. We have tried mud, bugs, crawfish shack, and many other places, and this is by far the best place in town. Our server was very sweet and attentive! BEST CRAWFISH PLACE!! Out of all the times we have been here Molly has been the sweetest server ever!

Crawfish Kings is the only place we go to for crawfish! The crawfish is always cooked perfectly. The customer service is always over the top. There’s a bounce house to keep the kids busy and you can BYOB! Can’t get better. We had Yasmin today and she is absolutely amazing! So, what are you waiting for? Get out here and get some crawfish!!

Our 3rd time here and it was as good as always. The shrimp is our go to. Prices are decent and there is no wait which is awesome. Our server was Yasmine and she did a great job.

We went as a group of four to celebrate Mother’s Day, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Our food was brought out at completely different times—one person had already finished eating by the time the next plate arrived. The restaurant was only about 25% full, so there was no clear reason for the delay.
We ordered crawfish and shrimp, but the last shrimp order never came. We were told they “ran out” and someone had gone to get more—but by then, we had already finished eating and never received the order.
At first, I thought our waitress was new, but she told me it was the kitchen staff who were new. I asked to speak to the manager, and she went in and out of the kitchen only to come back and say she was the assistant manager.
Cleanliness was also an issue, but I’ll let the video speak for itself.
Overall, it was a terrible Mother’s Day experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place and definitely won’t be going back.

Staff was very great, Daisy was a big help in choosing spicy flavor. They even let them soak longer for me. I was visiting and stopped by to try crawfish. Mmmmmm, so good! I will be back
