I placed an order online and paid in advance, expecting a quick pickup experience. However, when I arrived, the staff told me I had to sign a receipt from the POS machine—even though I had already paid online. I was surprised, because typically with online payments, no additional signature is required, especially if the order is already paid and I’m just picking it up.
I explained this to two employees, but they insisted I had to sign, including adding a tip section. They kept me there for around 7 minutes discussing it, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead to save time. It felt unnecessary and inconvenient.
As for the food:
• The shrimp combo was good.
• The wings were not very crispy or flavorful.
• The fries were overly salty.
Overall, the food had some highlights, but the pickup experience and customer service were disappointing. When someone pays online, the process should be simple and fast—not a hassle at the counter.

I almost can’t believe I finally found a TRUE crab boil in the Seattle area. The service was amazing and our server was super helpful and courteous. We were seated right away, we ordered the boil for 3-4 people. The food came out piping hot and fresh. I have been super disappointed in some other places I’ve been locally especially when it comes to the seasoning but the sauce and seasonings were on point! Everything was fantastic, from the fried shrimp to the boil and the side of Cajun dipping sauce. This is my new spot for seafood. I highly recommend!

Katrina was amazing. She made us feel welcomed. She made the selection easy as she explained the menu very well. She helped pick out what to eat. She kept checking in with us through out our stay but never felt like she was over doing it. Made our time at the restaurant lovely. Thank you Katrina.

We had the mango habanero wings and lobster combo for two (for 3) plus snow crab legs. It was a lot food and the Louisiana sauce was yummy however at medium I feel no heat. Overall the price was ok and it was yummy. Drinks are a little expensive.

Katrina was our server and did a great job with recommendations. We got combo#8 and poboy sandwiches with drinks. Got it with the house sauce (4*). The food was really good and everyone had a great time at dinner. Definitely visiting again!

On my first visit I was really impressed. Katrina provided great service. The headless shrimp were bigger than all the seafood boils I have been to in Vegas and so were the snow crab legs. The house medium spice level was the perfect balance of flavor and spice. I will definitely be back!
