Stopped by Crawfish ATX and honestly… it hit the spot. The crawfish were well-seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor not dry, not bland, and definitely not skimping on spice. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, the eggs soaked up all that goodness, and the oysters were buttery, garlicky, and done just right with a squeeze of lemon. You can tell everything was fresh and cooked with care.
The only thing that could’ve made this even better would be bigger crawfish, but flavor-wise? Still very satisfying. Overall a solid seafood boil experience and I’d definitely come back when I’m craving bold, messy, finger-lickin’ seafood.

Service was great! The host that checked up in took our order right away. We tried the catfish po’ boy and it was fantastic juicy, well seasoned, and so flavorful. For our main meal, we ordered a seafood boil for the family with 1 lb of shrimp, 3 lbs of snow crab, two fries, and one white rice. I got a side of the spicy seasoning which was perfect. Next time, I’m adding extra spicy! My kids loved it and I loved it, we’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone. Heads up don’t forget to ask for gloves they have them!!!

Not awful, just not particularly good. The bathroom was in rough shape. Doughy hush puppies. Under seasoned for everything at the table. If you absolutely need seafood, I can tell you we didn’t get food poisoning, but I don’t think I would eat here again unless there were very limited options nearby. The playground is within eyesight of the bar, so if you want a place to drink where you can technically see the kids, that’s an option.

We were a party of four. Had to wait approx 30 minutes for a table on a Saturday at 5:30 pm. Server was busy so we weren’t tended to as often as we would have liked, but server was good and was efficient when asked for things. We ordered 12 Cajun wings, hushpuppies, 2 pounds of snow crab, and 2 pounds of crawfish. Flavor was good. Quantity was good. Quality was good. Family friendly environment. Handicapped parking available. Not pet friendly. Bathroom was clean, restaurant was clean. With tip came out to about 35 per person. 2 alcoholic beverages. Would recommend.

Food is always excellent the flavor is always great. Always served hot and it’s always delicious. The service could use some improvement. There was no people when we visited and our waiter would not check in on us regularly as other places do. We waited maybe 10 minutes or more to get our order taken and the place was basically empty. Waiter checked on us at first and at the end we were not getting any refills while we ate. Could use some improvement.

I visited today with my husband and my sister. Unfortunately, our experience was uncomfortable due to the bartender’s behavior. He repeatedly approached our table and made comments toward my sister, who is underage, which made all of us uncomfortable.
Additionally, the bartender closed the bar one hour earlier than the posted closing time. When we attempted to order more drinks, we were told he did not want to stay late.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. Management should be aware of these issues.

Over cooked crab. Owner or manager looked at me with attitude when she handed the new crab over because I complained. Then the second batch was bad. So she took that way and gave me the third legs that were overcooked too. I’m sure they just cook in big batch and not to order. Keep it in a cooler and let it sit and get mushy. This place won’t be open for long if this keeps up. All the bar reviews are from the last year.

Warning: Stay away from this place! The service and management are absolutely disgusting.
Beware of the waitress and the owner they work hand in hand with shady behavior. The waitress who handled my table actually overtipped herself without my consent, and when I confronted her, the owner defended her and tried to make me look stupid lying straight to my face instead of taking responsibility. It’s clear this kind of dishonesty starts with the owner, who teaches and allows the staff to think it’s okay. On top of that, the seafood made me sick it didn’t even taste fresh. When I told the owner, they couldn’t care less. I’ve already reported them to the food inspector because something is seriously wrong here. Don’t waste your time or money they’ll overcharge you, steal from you, and then act like you’re the problem.
I’m lucky I survived others might not be so lucky.

So happy this place opened again. It was great in its last location near Johnny Carinos and the food is just as delicious at the new location by Jason’s Deli. It also has direct access to the playground for the kiddos and a glass window back wall to keep an eye on them while you close the check or have an adult beverage. I know it says Crawfish ATX but it always reminds me of the great fried food I got back in Soitheast Texas. The crawfish egg rolls are the best!
