Got the catfish appetizer, shrimp and grits, and the gumbo. Everything was excellent as always! Definitely wanna come back for the live music. Service was great.

We celebrated our anniversary at The New Crawdaddy’s and it couldn’t have been better! Everything we order was absolutely delicious, I had the steak, baked mac and cheese, and red potatoes, and my husband had the fried red snapper, baked mac and cheese, and red potatoes. We also tried the gator nuggets and catfish nuggets as appetizers, and honestly, they were best we’ve ever had!
Our server Val was beyond amazing, super attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. She even played music for us when she found out it was our anniversary, which was such a sweet touch! The owner, Andre, stopped by our table to chat, and he was just as warm and welcoming!
We have been been coming here for years, and the new management is doing a fantastic job. The food, the service, the atmosphere are all top notch! We left full and happy and already planning our next trip back!

Second Visit—Still Impressed!
This was our second time dining at this restaurant our first visit was for dinner, and this time we came for brunch. Once again, it did not disappoint! The staff were warm and welcoming, the service was attentive, and the food was delicious. The drinks were also great.
We especially loved the vibe relaxed and fun with R&B music playing in the background, which added the perfect touch to our experience. My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves. It’s a fantastic spot for a Day Date. Highly recommend!

I have always enjoyed the food there….but since the new owners…it is dynamite. I enjoyed the Spicy Shrimp and Grits with collard greens and Cornbread and was exceptionally overwhelmed. Val my server was attentive and knowledgeable and inviting me to Sunday Brunch and Band Nights. There was smooth Jazz in the back ground accompying my meal– making it 10/10 for me. Stop in make your reservations now…it s going to take off. Thanks everyone I am one that appreciates good people…good food and good times.

Came for dinner and had a great time. Our server was great and very friendly. The drinks were strong. The voodoo punch was delicious. The food was so good. No complaints. The owner was there and recommended the gator nuggets to us. First time ever trying them and it was delicious i’ll definitely be back for those again. The entrees were great and came out fast. I had a wonderful experience here. My entire group enjoyed the food and service. I’ve been here in the past but there was definitely some changes to the menu and overall vibes all for the better. I’ll be going back for sure there was so much more i wanted to try.

We had dinner on a Saturday night around 6. The dining room was completely dead outside of our party of four, so the atmosphere was a bit strange. The building itself feels more like a mall or an office space than a restaurant, but the street parking was plentiful. There were also unclean vases filled with water a fake flowers on the table.
My shrimp and grits was not at all appetizing (see picture of grease pools on top of dish) and lacked flavor. The shrimp were overcooked, but my partner said the snapper and gator nuggets they ordered were good. The food took a very long time to come out given that we were the only diners. I was also charged for each refill of my soda, which is strange and not listed on the menu.
The restaurant struggled to remember who ordered what and who had which beverages, so there was a lot of back and forth to correct the checks.
Overall, it was a fine evening, but we won’t be back.

The waitress Valerie was amazing, she went above and beyond to accommodate me and our friends. Valerie was very helpful in answering our questions and giving suggestions in reference to the menu.
She continued to Check on us, making sure our glasses were never empty. Her friendliness her attentiveness and customer service skills were on point, that really made us all feel comfortable which are most important to me beside the food be delicious

I moved to Pennsylvania from Louisiana 7 years ago and can’t believe it took me this long to find this restaurant. Everything was phenomenal. I ordered the Cajun Penna Pasta and my fiancé ordered the Southern Catfish. If you’re looking for AUTHENTIC southern comfort food, this is the place to go. The kitchen staff knows their stuff, and it shows through the quality of the food. I love that I can now get a little taste of Louisiana without having to hop on an airplane. Definitely my new favorite restaurant:) The atmosphere was amazing from the service to the music and decor. We will be back!

This place never disappoints! Their food is incredible, but Sunday brunch really shines. Absolutely obsessed with their omelets, and the crabby shrimp & grits is off the charts. The staff is so kind and accommodating, and it’s such a great atmosphere. The cornbread is simply outstanding. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
