Great coffee taste. But the service was very slow. The work flow was not smooth. One Barista unsure of what went into drinks. Cars left while we waited. I think a better work flow plan would help greatly. Maybe hire an experienced Barista to come and help with work flow for awhile. Great product and location. A little on the expensive side.

What can I say but I come here too much. Lol the muffin tops heated are a dangerous combo to our taro Boba. The girls are always chipper, and it’s clear outside we’ll keep it, and from what I can see inside, it’s pretty clean. Drinks are good, and they are fast getting them out.

The quality of the coffee is satisfactory. However, the pricing strategy appears to be relatively higher in comparison to other independent coffee establishments. Got a pretzel dog snack also, and it was still frozen in the middle.

Yesterday, we arrived near the end of their hours, there was no line. The service was efficient and the barrista was friendly. They had excellent coffee drinks featuring interesting combinations of syrups. I had the Turtle and it was delicious. My husband had Black Forrest on our recent previous visit and it was also tasty.
There was a minor miscommunication when ordering but the barrista was receptive, kind, and remedied the issue immediately.
They were also the only cafe out of the four we visited that didn’t close 30-40 mins earlier than their posted hours. That was very appreciated.

The cashier we had was sent by another woman to other cars instead of finishing our order because we ordered too much and asked too many questions. We ended up leaving because our drinks were not even being made and we were made to feel like we were asking too much. You would think they would want all of our business but clearly customer service is not their forte. Sounds like this is common and their coffee is subpar so guess we dodged a bullet there.

Customer service was good but the Boba tea we ordered was not very good. It lacked flavor and sweetness and ice. I also didn’t like how thin the cups are. I ordered a large and had to hold from the bottom so it didn’t cave in and spill.
