Charlotte, the owner of Cravings did a wonderful job on the gluten free, vegan peanut butter cookie cakes. There was a mix up with the order but she corrected it and even delivered the cookie cakes to my office (she threw in an extra one for good measure). The items from her bakery are always moist and very flavorful. You can tell she takes pride in her baking. I will continue to buy/order from her bakery.
