I had a great experience here today. The restaurant offers a variety of sandwiches to choose from. The service was great. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was just okay. One problem I had was with parking. It’s real hard to find a good place to park. Otherwise, this restaurant is worth trying.

Closer to 3.5 stars. Hole in the wall known for grilled cheese. The grilled cheese is good, but the wide open space does make it so you can hear conversations of others too easily. There isn’t any music on speakers. The service is good enough. The food is good, but not outstanding.

I would have given 3 stars except it seems to me that some of the 5 star reviews are created by AI.
I 100% concur with many of the reviews for this restaurant. The food, in fact, is actually pretty superb. If it weren’t for that, I’m pretty sure this restaurant would’ve been out of business a long time ago.
The biggest drawback is the wait. We ordered two sandwiches and two small fries and waited 26 minutes. There was also another party that was in back of us in line that got their order before us. They have a sign over the door to the back that says, “When you are wondering what’s taking so long, remember that this is GREAT food, not fast food.“ I’m kind of surprised that management would put that sign up and would highly encourage them to take it down. It’s like they have become resigned to the impossibility of making their food any faster and are unaware that almost every non-fast food restaurant, even more technical food than sandwiches and just as fresh, makes their food much faster. It sounds like they have some major procedural issues in the kitchen.
I think if they can cut their wait time in half almost all of the bad reviews that they have will be resolved.

This photo is all the extra cheese that was on my sandwich after I stripped it down to a normal amount of cheese. So come here if you love to drown in melted cheese. I want to avoid heart attack, so this place is not for me. The tomato soup is good but they only give you about a teaspoon of it. I don’t plan on coming back.

This place could be so awesome!!! Great location in quaint downtown Pleasant Grove. They have a great menu of soups and sandwiches. Cute and yummy desserts. We were so excited to try this little place. Unfortunately, the interior is dark and very sad. Zero ambience. My daughter in law had to use her phone flashlight just so I could take photos of our food. There are many reviews commenting on how long the wait is. I have to agree. We ordered a sandwich, a bowl of soup, bread bowl of soup and a cookie. The soup was already prepared as well as the cookie. We waited 25 minutes for our food. That’s my just too long when all you have to do is scoop the soup and grill a cheese sandwich. It wasn’t crowded or busy. I hope they can figure it out because they have a great location and the food is good.

We ordered a cookie and a float. Our friends were able to get their food and eat it before we got those 2 things. At least 15 people that ordered after us got their meals. The cookie was in a display by the register, so we should have at least gotten that when we went up and asked about our order. I’ve eaten here in the past, and the food was ok. Nothing amazing, but not terrible. There were other people that had been almost as much as us for an online order. The front end workflow seems to be prioritizing taking new orders rather than working on orders that have already come in. When we came in there wasn’t anyone else in line. We ordered at 5:20, still didn’t have either of those 2 items by 6:05. After asking about our order for a second time we finally got the cookie and they started on the float. They still operate on a paper order system, so I’m not surprised our order got lost. Regardless, 40 minutes and 15 other orders sent out before we got our cookie and float is ridiculous.

Every time I visit, the food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The bread is perfectly toasted, the cheese is melted just right, and the flavors always hit the mark.
The staff gives genuine recommendations and make you feel like a valued regular, even if it’s your first visit.
Portions are generous and the quality is outstanding. If you love comfort food, Cravings Bistro is absolutely worth a stop. I highly recommend it to anyone in or around Pleasant Grove looking for a great meal in a laid-back, inviting spot.

This is a fun, casual, local place in Pleasant Grove. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. They serve various comfort food items, grilled cheese sandwiches, fries, etc.
I have tried their pesto sandwich and the swiss. They are very tasty.
A note about their sweet potato fries: the crisp on it was amazing, so perfectly done. That said, if you dislike your fries tasting sweet, be sure to ask them not to put honey on them. I don’t like honey so that was a shame but otherwise so well fried.
The atmosphere is pleasant, casual.

Probably my favorite restaurant in Utah county. Yes there is a wait but everything comes out hot and perfectly cooked so ♀️ I’ve tried tons of different grilled cheeses here and they have all blown me away. I love adding a cheddar cheese or Parmesan crust to all my grilled cheeses. The salads are also amazing and the sugar cookies are so soft with so much frosting, I love it.

I LOVE this place. The food is amazing and it has a fun small town vibe, plus it’s local! My personal favorite thing to get here is the ABC grilled cheese because it has apples in it that add a nice tang and it’s so good. The sweet potato fries are also amazing, and they’re drizzled with honey. It does take a while for the food to be made, but that’s just because it’s being made fresh! Also sometimes it smells kind of like a urinal cake in there. The tomato soup is pretty rich which isn’t my personal favorite, but it’s still great for dipping your sandwich in.
