Craving Lenos Antojitos: A Flavorful Colombian Gem in Greenville
Reviews
Oh, and the drinks are strong fr.
I’ve always enjoyed this hole in the wall type place. 10/10 recommend.
A little taste of Colombia right here.
The food was absolutely amazing — full of authentic flavor, generous portions, and that homemade touch you can’t fake. Every bite felt comforting, like something made with real love.
The service was wonderful. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They explained the dishes, checked on us without rushing, and made us feel completely at home.
This is the kind of place you look forward to coming back to — not just for the food, but for the heart behind it.
Highly recommended.
I came in about an hour before closing on a Sunday, had two beers and three appetizers, and placed a to-go order close to $200. Despite that, the staff made me feel uncomfortable by pointing and commenting about not letting me order more.
This isn’t the typical Colombian restaurant experience I’m used to—it feels unnecessarily fancy for standard Colombian food. Service was average and didn’t justify a mandatory tip. Tipping should be the customer’s choice. Any way i came i saw and was not impressed,
1 star out of 5 wont be returning for over priced food and service
We came for a birthday lunch. Some of us got there early and were craving a delicious hot Colombian cafecito but the $3 coffee was not Colombian. It was weak and there was no creamer available. Only skim milk. So don’t expect a Colombian coffee here. It’s weak and way over priced.
Next we were asked of we wanted appetizers. The waitress never brought the standard Water or even asked what we wanted to drink. The appetizers came out on one plate. We each had to eat them over a napkin because there was no small plates to place our individual portion of the appetizer. We finally had to ask for water since the waitress didn’t bring them.
The food was ok. The seafood stew was delicious. Not impressed with the rest of their menu. It’s not really authentic Colombian food. For Americans who don’t know Colombian food, they won’t notice but for those who know Colombian food will be disappointed.
They brought a small piece of cake to the birthday person with only a spoon for her to eat it with. The birthday person wanted to pass it around the table but no one had their own spoon so most of us passed. I think they realized it and brought us a tiny bit of rice pudding in the smallest plastic top. We were never asked if we wanted a dessert anyway.
This restaurant needs an influx of attention to detail and a revamping of their menu. And stop charging people $3 for a watered down cup of coffee.
Siempre un placer! Nos tratan como familia y la comida es excelente!
The cremini chicken with mushrooms were over cooked but the sauce was good.
