Had a really great experience. The food was awesome. Everything tasted fresh and came out hot. I ordered the wings and fries and both were perfect. Their signature cocktail pairs really good with the cajun rub wings.
What made it even better was the service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we didn’t have to wait for too long. The place is clean, comfortable, and a nice vibe to sit and enjoy the meal. I had a great time overall and I’m definitely coming back.

Had a great time at Craven Wings! The wings were on point, and their ranch is seriously so good — easily one of the best I’ve had. We went during the game and the vibe was awesome: lively, fun, and perfect for hanging out and watching sports. I also tried the Craven Cosmo and it was really well made — super tasty and definitely worth ordering.
If you want great wings, a great game-day atmosphere, and solid drinks, this place delivers. I’ll definitely be back.

The sauces are on point and stick perfectly to the wings. They’ve also got a full bar, so you can grab a drink and really enjoy the moment.
And don’t skip the sides—the spicy cheese curds go CRAZY crispy, cheesy, and with just the right kick. Portions are generous, prices are fair, service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is chill but fun. Perfect spot to kick back, eat good, and catch a vibe. Stopped in on a whim and ended up staying longer than planned. The wings were actually crispy (even with sauce) and the flavors didn’t taste like the usual bottled stuff. I went with a medium heat and it had a nice kick without killing the taste. I also tried a blue cocktail with vodka and lime, plus a vodka-based pineapple drink, both were refreshing and not watered down. Service was quick, and the vibe was lively but comfortable.

Craven Wings in Choto is officially the spot! We grabbed the 20 wings and they were cooked to perfection—crispy, huge, and actually juicy. You have to try their premium sauces; they have a high-end flavor you just don’t find at other wing joints. Definitely the best thing on the menu and worth the trip. Our new favorite local Knoxville go-to!

Craven Wings choto was such a good sports bar vibe the game was on, the energy was up, and it felt like the perfect spot to watch. The traditional wings were crispy and juicy, and the boneless were big, tender. Their ranch is legit thick, creamy, and has that little tang that keeps you dipping. Great place to grab wings, catch a game, have a beer and just chill.

Today was not a good for this location. We waited over an hour past the time our online order was supposed to be ready. The employee was very apologetic but management clearly doesn’t have a policy for when to stop taking orders when their poor staff is overwhelmed. Per the employee they had taken over 100 orders between 5:30-6:30 and were continuing to take orders. If you can’t fulfill the orders on time let your customers know or stop taking orders. We would have gladly waited at home and came at the appropriate time. Also, if I am going to be waiting inside your restaurant quit serving drunk belligerent customers. A man at the bar stated loudly that he had been next door and had several drinks then was being served his 3 or 4th drink while we waited. All the customers waiting were very uncomfortable as he was standing up yelling and cursing at anyone who walked by or made eye contact with him. I live close to this location and we order it frequently so this was a huge disappointment.

After reading the mixed reviews on this place we were a bit hesitant to go. However, it’s hard to find “good” wings so we thought it was worth a try. Have to say I disagree with most of the negative reviews. We found this place welcoming and the staff very hospitable. It was mid-afternoon and were surprised to see so many customers there. We were sat right away by the bartender and our waitress was prompt with coming for our drink order. We started with sampler app and found all three items to be well-cooked and seasoned nicely! The spicy cheese curds were just that but the nice kind of spice that hits in the back of the throat after a few seconds. Liked the vreading on the pickles, it was thick and held really good. The only disappointment with the jalapeño poppers was that there were only three, think a 4th one would have made it perfectly balanced…but just my humble opinion! The waitress was very helpful in offering advice about the wing sauces. We ordered both boneless and traditional. While I’m a sucker for traditional I found the boneless a much better value. Was a bit confused on only getting one sauce for each of our order. Menu says one sauce per 5 wings and our orders were for 6 wings each…? Luckily there was a sauce provided on the table that we were also able to experience. Felt the sauces were fairly well-balanced for their heat levels and the wings were all cooked perfectly. Overall, these wings and the experience did not disappoint and we plan to go back to see if they can continue to hold up to the bar we’ve now set for them!

I recently visited Craven Wings Choto and had an overall great experience. The service was quick and friendly, with the staff being attentive and accommodating. I tried the 6 boneless wings and fries and was impressed by the perfect balance of crispy texture and the unique, bold flavors of Sauce 87. The atmosphere was laid-back and casual, ideal for grabbing a bite with friends. Overall, it’s a solid spot for wing lovers, and I’ll definitely be returning for more.
