First time here. Food was excellent. The philly cheese steak egg rolls are awesome —highly recommend—and the honey gold wings were good. I got okra instead of seasoned fries which was a slight up-charge but worth it. My order went in around 3:40 and they told me it would be about 20 minutes. Ended up being more like 30 but when everything came out it was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. They had delivery orders and call ins coming in and out constantly too so they were busier than they seemed based only on the dining room. The restaurant itself was super clean which is a big deal for a wing place. The girl up front was really nice. They had sports on TVs in the dining room if that’s something you like or care about. Overall great experience and will be returning.

I ordered 20pc whole wings Lemon pep/Reg hot along with Blueberry/Watermelon lemonade drinks and they were not appetizing. The wings overall were not fresh and could not taste the seasoning nor meat on the lemon pepper as it was too refried crispy and crunchy. The drinks were not sweet and tasted like watered down koolaid. The last time I ate Crave wings it was great but my family was dissatisfied and for the price I had to give our honest opinion.

She went above and beyond to make sure my order was taken quickly and correctly, and she was super patient while I asked questions about the menu.
What stood out to me most was her attitude—Paris was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. She checked back in with me to make sure everything was right with my food, and I appreciated how attentive she was without ever making me feel rushed.
Customer service like this is hard to come by these days, and Paris truly made my visit enjoyable. The wings were great, but honestly the service made it even better. If you come to Crave Wings, ask for Paris—you’ll be in good hands!

I reside in close proximity to Crave, approximately two minutes away, and was pleased to have a nearby wing spot. I have frequented this establishment numerous times prior and ordered a 6-piece combo, extra crispy, for which I was charged an additional $1, a fee I find excessive. This experience has led me to decide against returning, compounded by issues such as unattended phone calls and inaccurate orders.

Fish is good, but the Philly egg roll should be off the menu and just do fish and wings. Service is okay. I don’t like a business to answer the phone like they are at home. I requested a large order for a party and they could not deliver. No call back after leaving a few messages. Unfortunately, Crave will not get any more of my business because they do not know how to conduct business.

The wings and flavor, or lack thereof, left us under impressed, especially since we were guessing on what we truly ordered since there is not any accurate descriptions of the flavors and then the wings were barely seasoned or sauced. Not to mention, the flavors and their descriptions are not even listed on the website for people to view: this is something simple that too many business owners overlook in the food service industry and is a turnoff for those not familiar with their restaurant. Over 80% of business is done digitally so imagine how many people don’t order, and as of this review on 11/29, online ordering for the business doesn’t work…another issue and loss of revenue.
Some simple changes could really boost their business, but I guess they don’t want any help or advice that will help them grow for steady success and long-term profitability. Accepting feedback would really help this business and other businesses alike: having only “yes” people around you is not a good look and will only hurt you in the long run.

MY GOD THIS PLACE HERE IS EXCEPTIONAL! I wish I wasn’t exaggerating. I don’t normally eat wings because most places make them flabby or have the griddle part in them but YALLLLLLLLLLLL OMGGGGGG ! I got the boneless wings and WHEW ! I can’t even say fr . 10/10 . I found them off TikTok and it was my first time , definitely will be back . Y’all are worthy of that 35 min drive . OH YEAH AND THEIR REASONABLE . NO NEED TO BREAK THE BANK FOR SOME CHICKEN .
