I had just finished up at the dentist and needed something I could actually drink but still give me some protein. After some google search I found CRAVE. I’ve heard of it but never actually tried it. I got the French Toast shake and WOW, was that good! They have so many options that it was honestly hard to choose… which just means I’ll have to come back and try more

Crave Nutrition is a sweet little spot right in Downtown Bethlehem. From the moment we walked in, the girl at the front was kind, straightforward, and not pushy at all—just very informative about their teas, shakes, and coffees and what each one offers.
We ordered a large Strawberry Cheesecake shake for $10, and it hit the spot. It’s a classic strawberry cheesecake flavor but with a high-protein focus. They use Herbalife, which works well if you have a sweet tooth but still want something healthier or more protein-packed to satisfy a craving.
What really stands out is the variety of flavors they offer—everything from fruity options to chocolatey, cake batter-style flavors. I love the idea of stopping in to try different flavors you wouldn’t normally make at home while still getting a solid protein shake.
The environment is welcoming and comfortable—nothing over-the-top, but definitely not boring either. Overall, it’s a great spot, and I’ll definitely be going back to try more flavors. Highly recommend checking it out!

My daughter always orders from here and I though to give it a try for the first time while in the area. I ordered a funfetti shake (for my daughter) and a strawberry banana shake. The strawberry and banana shake was really good. It was refreshing and tasted healthy at the same time. I would highly recommend visiting this location when in the area.

Awsome place with a ton of nutrient dense options! I was so pleasantly surprised to find this local spot! The peanut butter cup is delicious and as you can see didn’t stand a chance! Get in my belly! Being 8 months pregnant this is perfect to satisfy my sweet tooth and get all the protein my body needs, guilt free!

The atmosphere and people that work here are super friendly and kind. The shakes though…were very underwhelming in my opinion. It kind of just tasted like bland ice smoothies with an obvious taste of 0 sugar protein flavor. I didn’t realize these were Herbalife products. For the price, it wasn’t outrageous or anything, but the flavor just wasn’t there. Presentation makes them look good, but it just didn’t taste good. There was still some powder on the bottom of the cup, too.

Great little place for a pick me up tea, post workout shake or something nutrient dense. Staff is warm and welcoming. Great music selection to listen to while you wait for you shakarista to finish up your order. Make sure to stop by during different holidays to catch different characters.
