I was blown away by how delicious the food was and how well-balanced the meals are. If you track your macros, it’s super convenient — everything is clearly labeled right on the packaging, so it’s easy to plug into your tracker.
They offer a great variety of meals each week, and I’ve been using them consistently for about a year now. Not only is the food amazing, but the customer service is top-notch. Anytime I have a question about the menu or my order, I just send a quick message and get a fast, helpful response.

Every meal I’ve had from Crave, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed. You can tell the meals are prepared with love and thoughtful care! The ingredients are fresh and well prepared. I can’t recommend Crave Meal Prep enough! If you get the chance to try one of their homemade cookies, don’t pass! You deserve a little decadence now and then. I’ve tried a bunch of meal prep services over the years, and Crave is honestly the first one I’ve stuck with. The food actually tastes fresh and homemade — not your typical “meal prep” food. Portions are solid, the variety is great, and the flavor is 10/10!
It’s definitely made my life way easier during busy weeks. Ordering is simple, everything is ready when they say it will be and delivered right to my doorstep, and best of all I don’t have to think about what I’m eating all week.

I particularly love the breakfast, the overnight Oates and the pancakes and the newest addition of chicken and waffles…delicious! Every meal is delicious, satisfying and so convenient! Crave has helped me eat healthier without all the stress every week trying to figure out and cook my own healthy meals. Every dish is absolutely delicious, the portions are just right, i am never left hungry, and it’s super easy to heat up when I’m busy. Delivery is always on time, and the owners are so easy to communicate with and are some of the nicest people ever! Cannot recommend them enough.
