A truly unforgettable setting for a Date Night. We were warmly greeted at the door and seated with ease, thanks to our prior reservation. Our server presented us with a complimentary chip and dip, followed by our drink orders. Our server then revealed the evening’s extraordinary specials. The calamari appetizer was a culinary masterpiece, with a unique twist featuring black olives. The Lamb and risotto and Ahi Tuna dishes were cooked to perfection, with the lamb standing out for its moistness and exquisite seasoning and I might add the Ahi Tuna was cooked to perfection. Our server’s wine recommendation was truly inspired. Unfortunately, our amazing evening was cut short, as we had to depart for the Globe Theatre, leaving no time for dessert.

We just want to say thank you for such an amazing dinner. We’re just stopping through town for the evening and looked up where we could try some of Regina’s best culinary experiences, and I’d say we found it. Amazing service, beautiful space, tasty and creative cocktails, and everything we ordered to eat was absolutely delicious and perfect. I’ll be recommending it to anyone I know visiting Regina.

The food has gone downhill lately. The homemade focaccia tasted like deep fried pie shell. The crunchy cheese bits were black and tasted like coal. The waitress knew about that from previous feedback and stated supplier issues… but they still put it in the salad! Great drinks tho. Very tasty.

Seriously amazing meal, beverages and service. I had the slow roasted Kurabuta Pork Loin. We had the calamari and focaccia bread as appetizers. Calamari was best I have eaten in a long time. Each item was very flavourful, well seasoned and garnished beautifully. Will definitely come back. Their cocktail list had a large variety of different spirits and liqueurs. BEST ESPRESSO MARTINI. Yes, I had to yell that, shouting from the rooftops.

My client took me here for dinner Wednesday and I came back again on Friday night. Everything I’ve tried was absolutely delicious. There are only 3 things on the entire menu that actually have gluten in them. They have a dedicated fryer and the attentive staff and chef are very careful. The head chef has apparently placed silver in the world culinary olympics and he is a professor at the Saskatchewan Polytechnic culinary program where he’s working with Indigenous students to make and plate traditional Indigenous cuisine like a 5 star restaurant. Mad respect.
Wednesday, I had the fried calamari, the chef’s cut selection steak with rosti potatoes, and the crème brûlée – which has been rated Canada’s best crème brûlée. Sooo creamy and delicious.
Friday night I had a salted caramel chocolate martini with house made caramel, the wedge ceasar salad with crispy capers (I never would have thought to fry capers… a revelation!), and the slow roasted pork loin with house made GF spetzel.
Everything was amazing and it’s in a cool old historical building! Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Regina.

A great place to visit for some good local food. I had the bison burger and tenderloin, which were quite amazing. Service was friendly with Danielle being attentive and accommodating to my requests.

This was one of the best meals I have had, anywhere. The staff were all an absolute treat to interact with, suggesting perfect drinks and other additions that made the experience 5 star. And the food, well whom ever was in that kitchen is obviously a master of their trade and I consider myself very lucky to have experienced such a perfect mix of flavors, presentation esthetics, colors and fragrances.

Just in Regina for 1 night and I’m so glad I had dinner here based on the menu and the reviews! It was an unseasonably warm day so I had a really pleasant time on the cute patio with some trees for shade. The meal started with an amuse bouche of roasted onion creamy blob on crostini. The flavours and texture melded together so well I knew I was in for a good one. Then I had the duck confit with onion tart. This one ties for the best duck confit I’ve had in Canada. Very tender but still has some chew to it. The flavour was very well developed – toasty and a little caramelized probably through the long cooking time. The onion tart was kind of like a quiche and creamy. The pickled onions and saskatoon berries are a good call to balance out the caramel, creamy rich tones. Since the entree was so good, I decided dessert must be worth the extra calories here – and I was right! After much deliberation I ended up with the creme brulee which was accompanied by lavender shortbread. The creme brulee is a little lighter than typical which I actually prefer, and it’s super silky and smooth. It sets up the shortbread where the lavender really popped. The lavender also stood out because there’s a lot of restraint on the shortbread base so it didn’t overpower it. You really have to like lavender because once it declared itself it was quite sharp – fortunately I love lavender so every bite made me smile. As I ate my dinner I could smell all kinds of wonderful aroma from dishes on other tables. I’ll definitely come again on future trips.

We had a fabulous meal in a gorgeous old building. We started off with the vegan pate which was delicious and just an absolutely unique dish. I had the pickerel and the beans and slaw on the plate or a party in my mouth. My wife had the veggie white bean terrine. Which was another unique and delicious dish. Too full to eat dessert we took the espresso pate (clearly a theme) home and it was delicious.
