Ordered to go and everything was still perfect! The burger was juicy and cooked just right, the bun fresh and lightly toasted, and the toppings crisp and flavorful.
And the marshmallow sauce for the fries is the real star sweet, creamy, and completely addictive. I can’t stop thinking about it! Definitely coming back.

Service was horrible when we got there. The took over 40 minutes to get us
our food. they bring out our food and then it took another 15-20 before
they brought out my daughters’ food. Then for my food i ordered a dagwood
sandwich and they only put one thin slice of ham on the sandwich no cheese
no avocado the Sause and the tomatoes were just thrown on there. It was
horrible and service was horrible. I’ve gone to other craves but this
location is horrible. all they offered was an employee discount on the
sandwich that wasn’t even worth $6.50. I even have photos of how sad and
horrible the sandwich looked. I had to add some
Bacon to my sandwich thanks to my mother in law who gave us some of her food.

Went for brunch on a Sunday and had a part of 5 adults and 2 kids. Only had a 15-minute wait and were seated at a large table. Inside decor was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The order was taken, and food was brought out pretty quickly. The food was delicious, and the Carnitas Hash was absolutely delectable. Every bite was amazing, and the blueberry pancakes were super yummy! Great service, great food, and beautiful ambiance inside.

Racist establishment. If you are black I wouldn’t recommend the food isn’t worth the way you’ll be treated. We stood at the door and was ignored for 30 minutes agreed to wait another hour and a half even though we could see open tables and other Hispanics begging seated when they arrived. We came back in to ask how much longer and was completely ignored for 30 more minutes we eventually just left. I would recommend Sneaky Linq on the west side they welcome us. I attached pictures of the open tables after waiting over an hour.

My husband and I decided to go to Crave for lunch/dinner on a Saturday. We had to return the cubano sandwich because it was extremely salty, not even edible. We then exchanged it for a shaved ribeye sandwich which was also very salty. We decided to just take it home, which we will just trash because the manager was having an argument with our server due to her having to leave right next to the bar. The argument went on for literally 15+ minutes and we did not want to stress the server out anymore. We didn’t even end up staying due to the manager continuously arguing with the server and making us feel uncomfortable….
Server was very sweet and continued to watch over us! Also the chicken pesto sandwich and sweet potato fries are very good, only recommend getting chicken.

Overall great service! The food was great. I had the chicken parm sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries. To drink I had the ginger lemonade. I have been coming here for many years and I will be back. Perfect for after church service. Was $44 with tip included.

I got the whipped feta dip, it was really creamy and so good with all the veggies. The pita bread was good too. I also got a side salad, they changed the spring mix to romaine lettuce and I enjoy those greens even better sooo extra points for that nothing out of the ordinary but still good!

Sometimes people forget you visit restaurants not just because of the food. But one of the main reasons why you become a regular at a place is mainly because of the service! Today, after months of not visiting a crave location because of a bad service experience, Jacky Silva our server gave us the best experience that we’ve ever had at crave. We love the food, but we also love Jacky, thanks for your service, you make places like crave better because of your amazing customer care!

Went on a Saturday night with hubby and we were seated very quickly. The shaved ribeye sandwich was absolutely delightful and the rosemary watermelon drink was quite refreshing. Will definitely be returning!

Seriously considering small claims in court for these endless restaurants showing a picture of food, ripping us off and then sending this crap…Also it boggles my mind HOW the owner is not embarrassed sending this out. Chunks of overcooked chicken and pieces of dirty lettuce and calling it food
