This place is beyond great, atmosphere and food. From past visits, the hot dogs were the best! Today we ( north lakeland ladies) went as a group for brunch and to pack little bags for the nursing home. Paul, the General Manager jumped right i and helped us and donated many things as well! Their brunch was so nice and although I didn’t partake, I understand mimosas were included

Every time my family and I have come here the food has been incredible and the servings are extremely generous. The drinks are very frequently half-priced. They really have a knack for hiring friendly, conversational cashiers. We love love love coming here. Isabella and Caitlyn made it a 10/10 experience.

We went here with our family and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was even better, and the beer was cold — always a win. Everything we ordered was delicious and clearly made with care.
The owners and managers truly went above and beyond. They were so welcoming and attentive and made us feel genuinely appreciated, which you don’t see everywhere anymore. You can tell they really care about their place and the people who walk through the door.

Stumbled upon this place on my way to Wendy’s. Stopped here instead. Food was solid. Glad I stopped in.
There’s an axe throwing part. And I’ve never been in a place that you can serve your own beer. That’s pretty cool.
The outside is nice intimate with games and seating.
What impressed me the most was customer service. Extremely attentive and Welcoming. Top notch service .Will definitely stop by in the future.

Kaitlyn and Carter make you want to stay and try various different options. The food is not fried and grilled or smoked outside. A healthier option with a BBQ bang. The Crave was the best BBQ spot I have had the pleasure to fully enjoy, what I mean by that is, the food is amazingly diverse on the menu such as various hot dog selections from various states. They have chili cheese dogs, Chicago dogs, coleslaw dogs, hot dogs you can put macaroni and cheese on. I enjoy the Memphis dog for my first experience within their establishment. The food was spectacular but my favorite part was Kaitlyn and Carter, they both were delightful individuals, they acknowledged every person that entered into their establishment when, they offer selections of things to try, they explain in depth and it encourages you to want to pick a selection from what they recommend even though you come in with your own idea of what you wanted before entering. They have various drink selections. The crave is a 10 out of 10 experience. The atmosphere is amazing family oriented and definitely a pleasure to experience especially if you’re visiting Florida and you want a diverse menu experience; the Crave feels like home. Last but never least the cook deserves a tip for all the hard work they do.

Employees were not friendly at all. I did not realize going in there that everything was just packaged and heated up and not fresh so my baked chicken sandwich was three breaded chicken tenders on (like I would feed my kids), on a hard not fresh bun. I really do hate giving a business bad review as I have a business myself, and I know how much reviews mean to a business, But this experience was terrible. We went here before they shut down the first time so I thought I would give them a second chance.

I dunno, it was a cool place and the vibe is great. The food was ok but, it was just ok. I dunno maybe we didn’t get the right food or something. The service was great and they were attentive and even offered to give us samples of stuff to try. They did say they were going to be changing the fries which is great because even though I didn’t find any issue with the fries, it shows me that they care about what they are putting out. It’s a cool place just not for me.

Top-notch food and service! Don’t sleep on the new Crave! The new ownership has really turned this place around. The Chicago dogs are high-quality and the wings are amazing. Everything is made fresh, the staff is super welcoming, and it’s a perfect environment for bringing a toddler along. Plus, they have beer on tap! We’ll definitely be regulars here.
