I absolutely love Crave — it’s one of my favorite restaurants. I enjoy visiting different locations around the state to experience a different vibe, and every one I’ve been to has been great. The service is consistently good, and the food is always amazing. My favorite dish is the walleye — I order it almost every time! But next time, I might branch out since the menu has so many great options to choose from.

We love Crave. This is our first time visiting this location. We came in around 2pm and it was quiet. The store was clean. The host(heavy young lady)seems busy chatting with the employee when we got there but luckily there was another host(?)that sat us down right away after checking on the table.
Our server Raul(?) was nice and friendly. He gave us a recommendation for lunch since I wanted to try a different menu.
Overall it was okay.

This restaurant offers a diverse menu with a wide range of options. The food was of good quality, highly recommend sushi #9, which was exceptionally flavorful. However, the dining environment was quite humid and warm, and the overall ambiance could have been cleaner. Customer service was satisfactory but had room for improvement. We spent over $400, for about 10 different entrées/appetizers.

We ordered on doordash. The service was quick. The fries were way too salty. The texture of the chicken avocado egg rolls is weird. The burger was ok.
My biggest problem is the cost for what you get. It’s just too expensive. This chain food and high end prices. I won’t be back.

We had an excellent experience at Crave Thursday evening thanks to Ashley, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. She greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her knowledge of the menu was clear, and she offered helpful recommendations that enhanced our meal without being pushy.
We started our meals with the deep fried Calamari and blueberry lemonade and honey old fashioned cocktails. They were phenomenal.
Throughout the evening, she was attentive and well-timed—checking in at just the right moments, keeping drinks filled, and ensuring everything arrived smoothly. Any requests we had were handled quickly and with a genuinely positive attitude.
We decided to go with her recommendations, New York steak & fried walleye.
What really set her apart was her professionalism paired with a friendly, approachable demeanor. She created a relaxed yet refined dining experience that fit the casual fine dining atmosphere perfectly. Ashley, is a true asset to the restaurant, and her service alone would make us happy to return.

Our server was great, very friendly and energetic. Family had a good time. I ordered the chicken stir fry. My only complaint is the chicken was very dry. Either cooked twice or something else. It was not freshly cooked. Will try other location next time.

Ugh! We had a heat advisory and their ac was not working properly. They claimed it was “fixed” earlier that day. It was after 4 p.m. so there is NO WAY it had been on and not cool! The hostess had a handheld fan. I fanned myself with a menu. The water on our table sweated as bad as we did! Our server seemed to be ignoring us. He filled our water frequently but didn’t ask how the food was and we had to flag him down several times. The manager never came to greet us or offer us anything for suffering through the heat. I even stopped a server and asked him if the ac was on. To be fair, our table of 5 felt air intermittently. My Mom is 71 and is routinely cold. She was miserably hot and suffered. She’s a picky eater. However, she enjoyed her riblets. The fries were overly salty. My brother asked for unsalted fries but his had salt so he ended up with a salad that had a great balsamic vinegarette. My brothers both had burgers, and they enjoyed (a double Crave and an Americano). The sushi was good and well priced. The mushroom flatbread looked better than it tasted. I was visiting from Houston. I know good food. This ain’t it. I wouldn’t return.

For starters I got the cucumber martini Hendrick’s Gin, St Germain, elderflower liqueur, cucumber puree, ginger syrup ,lemon cucumber ribbon and sadly the ribbon didn’t come with the martini. It’s very refreshing! Good tasting and for food I started off with the crave veggie roll carrots, spinach, asparagus, avocado, dressed with sesame dressing! The last drink that I got was the raspberry ginger gimlet New Amsterdam vodka, ginger, lime, raspberry, and basil do. That drink was not the best I replaced it with a dirty martini for dessert I got the German chocolate cake! With that being said the service is great the food was awesome and with me being one person. I enjoyed my time I didn’t wait long I don’t know about big parties that’s for next time!

I had never been here and my cousin has been… many times. The service was terrible. She forgot about us. Forgot to put our drinks in & lied to us about it….we watched her do it after we flagged a nice busser down. I had a burger the bun was completely dry. My cousin enjoyed her bowl she ordered. The drinks cost as much as the meal & I paid 17 dollars for an ice cube that said Crave on it. I’d go back & give them another chance for food, but it’s low on the list when there’s so many other options.

Had a reservation at 6pm today.
If I could leave negative stars for service, I would. The food was delicious; however, this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had due to service & reception. Our server, Kim, was distracted, inaccurate, & inattentive. Took 30 minutes to receive a drink, and 45 minutes to even order our food. After an additional 20 minutes with empty cups, we asked if we could put more drinks in (had to seek her out) to which she didn’t even bother to ask which ones. The food came out in waves, we had people done with their meals before others even received their food. We go to the Crave Woodbury location almost weekly, and so we had high expectations because they’re wonderful, but this was FAR from even remotely okay. Kim’s attitude was also awful, she not once used manners or acted like she cared whatsoever – we were treated like a complete inconvenience to her.
I’ve been in the restaurant industry over 10 years, & while I understand times being slower due to a rush or inadequate staffing, or even having “off” days, but this was entirely unacceptable. Add in the fact that we DID mention all of this to the manager on duty on our way out, but we were met with more attitude. A quick “we were busy” then she was on her way.
If you’re looking for some decent sushi & the slowest, most heinous customer service around, I’d advise Roseville Crave.
