Amazing food and staff!
Taco salad had a fresh fried bowl, pasta was huge and Cajun seasoning was amazing. Also father had the burger which definitely not a frozen patty, and he loved it.
Thankful we have a new place to go to. You will not walk out hungry or disappointed!

Cute place that opened very recently. You could definitely spend a couple of hours here. The Italian Beef was excellent. Hoping to try again when they aren’t so busy (tbf today is a holiday).

I do not like to complain, but I was so extremely disappointed coming here that I needed to share. Mind you this business just opened a few days before we came to try them.

Food: We ordered both breakfast and lunch items. Our food was sloppy & burnt. My husband said his burger was ok, but it’s hard to mess up a frozen burger patty. I ordered the chicken tenders (it came with 3 pieces). I got it and the chicken looked mangles and burnt. My fries were burn and cold. I tried to eat one of the chicken strips, but couldn’t eat any more. It was dry and like sawdust in my mouth. It was so bad that we sent it back. My kids got a cheese omelet and it didn’t even look like an omelet. It was like the cooks didn’t know how to make an omelet and just pushed the eggs into a pile. Idk. It was weird.

Also, they have 2 very full menus. One for breakfast and one for lunch. Seems a little much if you ask me, but that’s really besides the point.

Service: We were greeted pleasantly. Our waitress was nice; however, our waitress told us that she doesn’t actually work there and was just helping out, because someone asked her to. So understandably she didn’t know the menu or how certain things worked, like could we get fries instead of hashbrowns with you omelet. Or how many pieces of chicken come with the adult chicken strips. All understandable. Honestly I have no complains with our waitress. She was honest and upfront with us about how she doesn’t even work there. She came around and made sure we were ok often. It was nice to see. My only complaint about our service was that it took forever for us to get our food. And they weren’t even busy. No one new came in to be seated after we showed up and lots of tables started clearing out shortly after we showed up. What was taking so long? Does the kitchen staff even know what they are doing? I really don’t think so, especially since they were fighting for the whole restaurant to hear.

Atmosphere:
1. Upon walking in it felt dirty and just like it did the last time we stepped into the building when it was a different restaurant years ago. Now there are certain things I understand, like scuffed paint on the walls, which makes sense if they hadn’t repainted before opening. The floors look like they haven’t been properly cleaned in 10 years. The bathrooms were disgusting and the toilet seats had pooped smears on them. (both men’s and women’s bathrooms too btw). The garbage cans in the bathroom must’ve been left from the previous owners, who also never cleaned, because they were nasty too.
2. My husband left our table to take our 3 year old to the bathroom and I heard yelling. I looked up to see my husband looking toward the kitchen. The kitchen staff were yelling at each other! What?
3. The front staff have a hang out corner in the front corner closest to the bathroom hallway. They have their coats, purses and gas station sodas thrown over there. A chair with a coat and purse on it sits was even blocking the walking way to bathroom. It felt odd, cluttered and unprofessional. I also noticed the front staff standing at the front, leaning on the bar, scrolling on their phones.

All in all, we were extremely disappointed by our experience at Crave and do not recommend it.
