I regret not trying out Crave sooner, as they are much better than the other cookie shops that have been popping up around the city. The cookies are tasty, and they have quite a few drink options from speciality lattes to dirty sodas. The dirty soda I had was so good that I would come back for even that alone. The inside of the shop was very clean and there were a few seats. The workers were also very friendly and helpful with ordering.

This past Thursday I finally decided to try Crave Cookies after hearing so many great things & I’m happy I did! When I came in, I was kindly greeted by Omar and Lacey, their customer service is AMAZING! They made me feel like I was a regular customer. Lacey gave me some free samples to try, which were all amazing, and Omar put me at ease that nothing is cross contaminated with nuts, he also helped me sign up for points for future visits. Not only that, but he even threw in a free cookie! Their cookies are the BEST, I definitely will be a regular at this location! Thank you Omar and Lacey for making my experience a great one! ☺️

Good customer service is usually in decline, but not here. The Twins are the best. A friend and I had a miscommunication concerning who was buying our box of four. I bought one and he bought one, but only one was picked up since four was the intended quantity. We realized later that we both bought one. Came back a couple days later and brought up our mistake with the Twins and they gave us another box of four on the house.

Me and my sister went to visit Chicago for the first time and we stopped by this place because it looked super cool. The employee suggested we try the Better Than Sex flavor and it was SOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOD. Also def try the snickerdoodle as well, the cream cheese frosting is to die for. Loved the place, and will def be coming back. Also the employees at this location are truly the SWEETEST and super helpful

I wish they had bags! You spend good money on their delicious cookies and it’s an inconvenience to carry the square box on the bus and the trains.
Other than delicious cookies the staff are so nice. You can tell they take pride in their products. I had the chocolate chip, stuffed Oreo, and the Dubai cookie. Wow they were delicious! They have two ordering kiosks. They offer cookie milkshakes. They have Coke Zero. They also sell Coke and Dr.Pepper drinks. Where they add different flavors. They also sell milk. There is outdoor seating and stools in the shop. I ate a cookie the next day and it was still great. I will definitely be back
