Six stars for Trevor at Crave Café, Omni Hotel & Resort!

As a 20-year Valley resident originally from Seattle, Trevor brings not only top-tier barista skills (the iced lattes my friend and I had were fantastic) but also an impressive knowledge of local spots to eat, shop, and explore.

What really stood out? Watching him connect authentically with several guests, offering recommendations, and delivering the kind of warm, attentive service you expect at a luxury resort like the Omni.

This is the level of hospitality that elevates a guest’s experience — the kind every resort should be proud to have on their team. Bravo, Trevor!

Little cafe and souvenirs shop, located in Omni resort. You can find bakery products and snacks, beverages, wine, toys and basic drug products. For breakfast you can have fresh fruit, granola with yoghurt, burritos or bagels and few other options.

The staff is kind and friendly. Great place for the guests who are staying at the Omni resort.

Nice little cafe that offers empanadas and burritos in addition to bakery items. It is also a gift shop and a convenience shop. Has some really comfortable seating. Great place for the guests who are staying at the Omni. Definitely not worth paying the parking fee just to see this place.

I just ordered drinks from them a bit ago. The lady at the mobile CoffeeCraveCafe was pleasant. She took my order as I asked for little ice because things become watered down in flavor. She told the crew twice that I wanted little ice in one of the drinks. That cup felt heavy and I didn’t want to start to act like a “Kevin”.

So we went inside and my son’s drink was quickly done. Seeing about 1 inch below the ridge of the cup filled with ice. I was waiting to go back and decided to take a pic to show them because ice melts quickly. Needless to say, the ice melted down about 2 – 2.5 inches from the ridge now.

Frustrating that you pay $6 for a large cup of ice with a drink that was literally gone in so many sips. I did go back to them and explained that however the person took my order correctly, that they still ignored what I asked for. Asking for little ice is not the same as being overly specific about making a drink. But that was still too much to ask for in this circumstance.

I could feel the tension right away and even more when a man from the back showed his face out of nowhere. He was not smiling. He was in a defensive stance and did not help the situation. He should have smiled and been apologetic rather than what he did. He obviously doesn’t know anything about customer service. I left and said I would be leaving this review. Not a good first time experience and will make sure to mark this as to never go back. Aggressive nature never makes things better.

It’s by the resort and parking is a bit of a pain because of it. It’s got a great ambiance though. I had tea and was okay. The water was too hot since they just use hot water from the boilers build into the coffee makers. I’d would go back though.

It’s beautiful here. Coffee is $1 more than regular Phoenix prices. You can valet and they will stamp your ticket for free parking. It’s worth sitting outside at this gorgeous resort.

Legit veggie sandwich! When you eat mostly plant-based, you get used to disappointment in skimpy veggie options but this thing was loaded and yummy. I’d go 5 stars if it featured a local coffee shop instead of a chain built in.

Javon, our “waiter” was awesome. Not only did he make our coffees on point and quickly, he was a great person to have a conversation with. Started my day off right. Thanks!

I asked for a frappuccino mocha with four shots of espresso over the top (affogato shots). Instead they gave me a frappuccino mocha but then they took the Expresso pour it in the Blender with the mixture and mixed it. Then when they poured it into a cup there was a lot of excess leftovers in blender and well the expresso was probably in that too. Then poured that excess in the sink. What a waste. Therefore not as strong as the coffee is I wanted it.
