I visit this restaurant almost every day, and every single time it feels like home. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are some of the most welcoming and gracious people you’ll ever meet. They greet everyone with genuine gratitude and lovely smiles, which makes the whole experience even better.
The food is always incredibly fresh; you can tell that every ingredient is carefully chosen and prepared to perfection. Both the quantity and quality are spot on! I especially love their Burgers, the Traditional 13-sauce delicious wings, their refreshing drinks, and of course, the Chicago-famous ranch dressing fries, an absolute must-tries!
This place has truly become my favorite spot in the city. I’d highly encourage everyone to visit and experience the warmth, flavor, and comfort that make this restaurant so special.

I decided to stop by today because of all of the great reviews that I read here. I’m happy to report that I was not disappointed. When I arrived I realized that I had literally just passed this place last week and didn’t notice it! I went during lunch hours and expected there to be a wait because I read the space was small, but there was no wait! The staff was great just like others mentioned. The lady who took my order was so kind and attentive making sure I was pleased with my order. That alone is a reason for me to frequent this place. I got the Veggie burger, fries, and a smoothie. I really enjoyed the burger even though I would up the amount of seasoning in the pattie. I loved that the bun was toasted! I wasn’t expecting that so it was a delicious surprise. The fries were AMAZING. I’m a slow eater so my fries usually go cold and hard fast but these stayed crispy the entire time, cooked to perfection. They had a delicious seasoning that wasn’t just salt. I would absolutely go back for the fries alone! The smoothie tasted really good. I love that you can get up to 3 flavors. I chose blueberry, strawberry and banana. I look forward to trying more flavors. I was so full because the food portions were perfect including the size of the smoothie. I also like the variety of the menu and the prices are reasonable. They even have a breakfast option which I’m also planning to try soon. Everything I ordered today, I would get it again. I definitely found a new spot. Thanks Crave! Absolutely love everything! 10 out of 10! One of the only places open on a Saturday, which was super strange to me, but I’m glad I stumbled upon this place. The food is flavorful, fresh and hot. They also have really cool snacks that aren’t normally sold in the states. And the customer service is off the wall! I’d come back. I got the hot honey, wings and fries.

Great lunch spot with breakfast options too. Many options for smoothies, tea, and coffee. A great place to pick up unique snacks, sodas, and sweet treats that no other stores carry. I stop in for lunch whenever I’m working in the area. I hope they return soon.

First time visit. Great and fun decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. You can order from a self-service kiosk or directly with staff. The menu is pretty large and has a variety of food and beverage items. Check out their lunch specials. The food was delicious, especially their seasoned fries.

When I first came in, I was quickly greeted by one of the owners. As a southsider, I was really happy to see that they had pizza puffs but they have so many other menu items, it really gives you an excuse to come back many times.
I ordered the puff and the passionfruit fruit tea with tapioca and both were delicious!
For those who like to snack at their desk, check out the candy and chip selections! You won’t get these cool flavors anywhere in the Loop unless you want to truck it to an HMart!

I was skeptical at first about this little wing spot I pass on my way home, but I’m glad I finally stopped in. I’m not going to hype it up like it’s the best wings on earth, but they’re really solid, full of flavor, and cooked just right. What stood out even more was the hospitality. You can tell they care about their customers through the way they treat everyone who walks in.
It’s a hole in the wall that can be a bit hard to find, but once you do, it’s worth it. I’ve been coming in twice a week at night and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Sometimes the best food comes from the places that don’t try too hard to impress, and this is one of them.
