We are out of state and in for a vacation and found this gem of a restaurant. The staff welcomed us as we walked in the door and the food was unbelievably good. We ate until we burst with scratch food made with love. This is my top breakfasts to date anywhere in my travels.

Had breakfast one morning while on vacation. The gentleman that sat & served us was friendly and funny. It’s a smaller, cozier place, a little tight fitting but comfortable still. There’s really not much attention paid to anything once they took our order and brought out the food. I ordered eggs over medium that weren’t cooked fully; I didn’t bother sending them back since we were pretty much ignored. Overall, it’s not a bad place, probably wouldn’t go back for breakfast though. Would definitely give a second chance since you never know if a place is just having an off day.

What a great little breakfast and lunch joint. Small but inviting with friendly and helpful staff. New menu is great with a good variety.
Food was nicely portioned and cooked fantastically. Crepes and waffle was perfect. Eggs cooked as ordered, and home fries were great. The ham in the Benedict was thick and juicy.
This place is small but the food packs a large flavor punch. A great find!

Cragers food is NOT GOOD!!! I ordered the fried chicken and the chicken wings were no bigger than your thumb. Very small. Not only that but the greens taste like it came out from a can and put into a microwave. The rice was hard to chew. Onion rings were soggy with no texture. This was o 7/23/25 at 7:00 pm. The only positive that was there was the waitress. She tried so hard to help and she knew the quality of food was terrible! It’s nothing like the photos shown on FB or online. False advertising for sure!

So went here not realizing the new ownership. I gotta say that the food was very good. I had a three egg omelette that seemed a bit small but that was fine by me as I was able to eat it all. Like the gouda grits and the fruit well not much to say about that. My mom got a two egg combo deal with pancakes. She liked it as well. The pricing was a bit weird mine cost 12.16 which was the main reason for getting it because it’s also my birth date . I get it with everything going up in price the tea was 5 and Mom’s coffee was 4. The one thing that I’m going to nitpik about is the service while friendly wasn’t super good. I got my meal way before mom got hers. We did have to ask for refills on the drinks. Mom also wanted coffee to go. The waiter gave her a small to go cup. The other thing was when we went to pay we didn’t know if we had to go to the counter or not. The waiter came over with a machine and stood over me which felt very intimidating as he also already decided his tip was going to be 20 percent. He wasn’t outstanding but I really felt uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. So for two people to eat the bill was 44 including the tip. Honestly not going to go back for quite some time as I have no interest in being in that type of situation again.

A really underrated place in regards to food! I’m surprised this place is not busier!
The atmosphere is old fashioned which doesn’t bother me (I love Elvis music), but I can imagine more.modrn crowd not finding it appealing. I enjoy these restaurants more than corporate popular ones for how friendly service tends to be and eager to please!
Definitely will be returning customers!
