Passing through not necessarily expecting a excellent meal. Sure I only got a single thing but while it was good getting chance to sample the house special seafood boil was a welcome surprise. The service for my food was actually faster than my tables other orders which I must commend. The drinks are not at all nastyand compliments to the bartender; You pour a nice poison friend. Our waitress is pretty fast also

If you’re planning a family outing at this place…DO NOT GO . First of all they had music playing “I’ll beat you’re a$$” , followed by men staring at and trying to talk to my minor daughters. The waitress was sweet , but once our food was delivered at our table she did not come once to check on us , I had to get up to look for someone multiple times to get us more water , lemons, to go bag , and even to pay our tab. Mind you they charge an %18 tip for parties over 6. One of the staff even came to tell all the waitresses that even though she was not the manager to focus on their job and to stop entertaining those that were at the bar .I forgot to mention that upon my entry I was not greeted or asked how many of us would be there . I had to “interrupt “ a personal conversation and let them know that it would be eight of us dining. The food was great , but I will not be returning to dine in ever!!!!! Especially with kids.

This was by far the worst Crafty Crab location I have ever visited.
A group of friends and I came in after work and ended up having a larger party than originally planned. The cashier (a dark-skinned woman with blonde braids) was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. I wish I had gotten her name because she was the only employee who showed professionalism, and she deserves recognition.
Unfortunately, the waiter assigned to our table was very rude from the beginning. She was a brown-skinned older woman with a short 27-piece style hairstyle. She approached our table asking if the cashier had spoken with us, and when we said no, she stormed back to the register and complained loudly about having to take our table saying “yall need to get these people” or something to that nature. This was very unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome.
We understood that our group would need to be split between tables and had no problem cooperating. However, the waiter continued to show a negative attitude, and it was clear she did not want to serve us. Because of this, I requested a different server.
As we were being moved to another table, the original waiter said “Whew, thank God” as we walked away. That was extremely disrespectful and confirmed that she did not want to serve us.
The manager on duty ( a heavyset brown skin woman with locs, she had on a skull cap on her head) was also unhelpful and unprofessional when we brought the situation to her attention. Instead of addressing the issue properly, she dismissed our concerns and made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. She responded by saying “chill on my aunt”. A manager should represent professionalism and leadership, and that did not happen. Unfortunately, due to us (customers) expressing our concerns about “the managers aunt being rude” we were asked to leave. All we wanted was a different server. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable and I have been to this location PLENTY of times with no problems.
We left and went to the Crafty Crab location in Largo and received much better service and a much more professional experience. The difference between the two locations is night and day. I hope management and corporate take this complaint seriously and improve the professionalism and customer service at this location.

Our waitress, Dimee, approached our table and abruptly said, “You ready to order?” As we began placing our order, she unexpectedly walked away to talk to the bartender. After we finally placed our order, and I even pointed to the exact item, we waited quite a while for drinks. She brought our food first and only later returned with our drinks, without straws.
When she dropped the food off, she placed it on the table without saying anything and walked away. I then informed her that my order was incorrect. She took the plate back without any acknowledgment or apology and still did not bring straws for our drinks.
Due to the poor service and incorrect order, we ended up leaving. As first-time guests, this experience was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

No where on the website it states 21+ to DINE IN. Was refused service immediately with attitude by a light skinned black female with a uncountable amount of piercings & tattoos. Which is funny because it was two parties in front of my and my colleague and the lady didn’t bother to ask for any identification from them. If you’re gonna pick and choose when to reinforce a policy you shouldn’t be at the front as a hostess, especially with a nasty attitude like hers. That should be questioned by a higher up and that employee should be eligible for termination. Maybe try to keep it 21+ at the BAR instead of loosing business from a crowd under 21 who just wants a spicy 1/2 crab & 1/2 shrimp boil..Unfortunately, this location will never receive my money again or my business again .

The way that these people prepare seafood should be AGAINST THE LAW. I’ve never had dirtier shrimp. I had to go into my shrimp boil and clean out the shrimp myself. It was also mushy. Please clean out the shrimp before you prepare it, or maybe people aren’t used to that. The service was good, but there were people using profanity in the lobby that appeared to be employees and they seemed to be talking about a previous customer.

I came into the restaurant with a friend to enjoy dinner. This place sucks. I did not enjoy my food nor my drink. The seafood boil seasonings was like a sludge at the bottom of the bag and I took it home and added water to it and ate it the next day. I ordered a drink and did not like it. I sent it back but not before I was informed by the server that the manager stated that I only had one more time to order another drink. The next drink wasn’t good either.
I love the Waldorf location.

New store recently opened, very nice and clean environment. Friendly and helpful employees, prompt service. Food is the bomb! Get a Holiday special with Boom seasoning! The best! Restaurant is located in shopping center directly across from Target. Get your shopping done, then come in for lunch or dinner!

Don’t order the shrimp it’s a hit or miss they will be mushy. The ppl at the front desk don’t greet you, it’s a hood joint and the closest near me when I don’t feel like going to my usual spot Hook & Reel in Wheaton MD. The only thing I get from here are the crab legs, crawfish, and clams.
