I was really disappointed with my experience at Crafty Crab. The food tasted like it had been microwaved rather than freshly prepared, and the drinks were not good at all. On top of that, most of the items were served in plastic, which took away from the dining experience. Unfortunately, this place did not meet my expectations.

Great meal with friends and outstanding service by our waitress Andria. Food was exemplary and the spice flavoring was on point. A helpful comment to help customers is to have a knife or some else to help pick crabs. Also, four stars o the atmosphere because the music was alittle loud and we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. The place was clean and very well maintained.

When I walk to the door I was greeted warmly by the hostess. I told her I wanted to go to the bar. When I got to the bar I was warmly greeted again by the bartender. Her name was Crystal and she was so awesome. From the time I sat down until the time I left she made sure that I was taking care of. She answered all of my questions that I had about the food on the menu and all of the drinks she made me were super awesome. The food was very tasty and everything came out just as I had requested. From the time I placed my order until the time the food arrived it was probably less than 10 minutes. Crystal definitely made my Crafty Crab experience one that I would never forget and I am looking forward to returning very soon. I wish more restaurants had awesome employees like Crystal!

Usually when i eat here, everything is great. I think our server was very new. The music was so loud he couldn’t hear us very well. I ordered the large platter but he brought out the larger one that has everything and was $129 dollars. I asked him if that was correct because i knew what i got didn’t include blue crab and lobster. He returned it back and brought out what i thought he said was the small platter but we were hungry. I ordered the boom with no spice, because we were sharing with kids. I think with the music being so loud he didn’t hear that and it was quite spicy. We ended up taking it home and rinsing it off. I was very disappointed especially given the price we paid.
