Food was decent but I gave this five stars because my waitress Tae gave the best customer service I’ve ever had as a patron of any company. Her attitude and enthusiasm was very appreciated. My meal was $50 and I think I tipped her the same or a little less than the meal. Excellent customer service. Food was delicious but if you had one crab boil you’ve had them all… I recommend the “All You Can Eat” for about $45…

I ordered the Four Seasons Special with “The Boom” mild seasoning and with a spicy seasoning on the side. My husband and I could not eat all of it. It was very good and when we remembered to eat the left overs two days later…it was still delicious! The calamari is good and for desert, I ate the cheese cake with strawberry drizzle. A very scrumptious birthday treat!

I ordered the food through Doordash. It still arrived nicely packaged and still warm. The amount of food was good.. I ordered the Snow Crab special boil and couldn’t finish it. There was a good amount of sauce. I ordered the mild boom. I would probably do a medium next time because the sauce had a good flavor but wasn’t very strong. Everything was cooked really well. I would eat here again.

I definitely give 5 stars! The food was excellent, the service excellent! I come out for mother’s day and they did a free drink, a drawing for a gift and gave me a rose. Highly recommend will definitely come back.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We went for mother’s day with my family to celebrate. There is no system other than sticky notes for reservations. Once seated, our waitress only checked on us twice. They charge you extra if you accidentally drop your plastic fork and fail to provide anything to physically Crack any crab. Most of our food was wrong or omitted. For our difficulty, the manager removed the food from our bill that we never recjeved and called it a discount then told us that was all she was willing to do. My meal consisted of a single claw of crab, a potato that was hard and some overcooked corn. The fries were soggy and underseasoned.

The food is very good and plentiful. Got the half dozen raw oysters as an appetizer. They were fresh, well chilled and delicious. We then shared the 2-person crab, sausage, shrimp and clam boil with The Boom seasoning, which I highly recommend. Not only was it excellent, but there was more than we could eat in one sitting. We will definitely be going back.

I honestly love this place— the cajun and butter garlic and my two favorite seasonings to get for the seafood boil. Have been back several times now and hope to go again. Nice for affordable, quick, quality seafood. (I do wish more potatoes and corn were included in the order, or specifically stated the amount on the menu. It is usually just one of each. I just order extra now.)

Great service, great food! I got crab and shrimp 1/2 pound for $28. The flavor could be better, taste the oil more than the seasoning. & the restaurant had a slight stench to it, being that it’s a seafood restaurant, they usually do, but this one was very strong!!

It should have been a warning when we walked in and saw a sign that they automatically add 18% gratuity to parties of 5 or more. The food and service should earn that. You shouldn’t strong-arm it out of customers. In addition the wait staff has 0 incentive to properly care for a table if they are going to automatically charge 18%.
I included a picture of the chips and salsa brought out to our table of 5. We got to share a whole 2 chips each. No individual salsa cups, no plates, no refill.
Our meals were mediocre. As many mentioned it is small portions for the price. I didn’t expect a mountain of food but I also expected to walk out full with a tab of $120 for the 3 people I paid for. (No alcohol on that tab either) That didn’t happen- nor did the waitress offer dessert.
Speaking of the waitress. She seemed nice enough but was constantly apologizing. She said they only had two waitresses for the whole restaurant and no bartender so she was trying to make drinks as well. As such she was nonexistent. Getting a refill of water proved to be too difficult. When we did ask for 2 more waters she brought one. When we pointed out a second person with an empty water and that we had asked for two she apologized but never did end up bringing the second water.
I tipped over 25% because I felt bad for the young waitress however I won’t be back. The owners need to figure out that unhappy customers don’t come back. They need to stop giving empty apologies (see responses to other negative reviews) and actually do something about the dining experience at the restaurant.

It’s messy and expensive, but I think some people will find that’s half the fun. You should know what you’re in for. The first time we went, we got the garlic butter flavor and it was really boring. This time we did “The Bomb” and it was much more flavorful. I highly recommend not being conservative with the flavors, since everything is boiled, the flavors gentle down easily. Regarding the “messy” part, eating shellfish is always pretty messy, but wet shellfish is a whole new game. Everything is soaking wet, and though they give you gloves, bibs, napkins, and utensils, you still shouldn’t wear any clothes you might be fond of. Other than that, the food was fair quality. Clams and mussels were way better than expected and quite delicious, crab legs and crawfish were as expected and very good, and the only “meh” was the shrimp which was over cooked and sort of soggy. Overall I’d recommend this restaurant if you want the experience of a seafood boil, but not so much if you just crave high end seafood.
